Wish I could give it zero stars! Last night 02/24/2023 were waiting to pick up an uber order to deliver it to our customer. We waited forever at least an hour. We finally had to contact our customer to see if they wanted us to continue to wait or cancel the order. The customer cancelled her order. Which is understandable! Taco Bell said they were extremely short staffed that night but continued to let the lobby to be open and people kept coming in. All the employees cared about was getting the orders out for drive thru and ignored lobby orders. Including doordash and ubereats. There were several delivery drivers like us that waited for almost an hour. That is not how fast food is supposed to work. I know I work fast food. I am so appalled that I am considering going to corporate with this. The heavier set man at the front counter didn't care. And walked around doing absolutely nothing and hid from view of the front counter. The ice machine in the soda machine was out of ice and I didn't see anyone refill it. I felt bad for all of the customers that were still in lobby when we left. We weren't the only ones to complain. There were a few people that complained and wanted their money back but then miraculously their food would come up and they would just take it. I feel like Taco Bell did this on purpose so nobody would get a refund. This is unacceptable as a Fast Food Establishment. I am never coming back here and no one should! This Taco Bell should be shut down in my opinion. Or if you don't have the staff......
Read moreThis Taco Bell is, unfortunately the same as every other taco bell I have been to. Their service is terrible. And they ALWAYS mess up your order.
Husband came home with mine (I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a crunch wrap.) Now keep in mind here The only reason I ever order a quesadilla from them is because their sauce is on point. That Jalapeno sauce is to die for. If I just wanted a cheese quesadilla, I would have made a far better one at home. But I wanted the sauce.
When my food arrived, it of course had no sauce. And you could blatantly see that it wasn't fresh either. It was even cold. The cheese no longer melted. Yes, I know it's winter time. But Taco Bell is only 3 blocks away and had the food been sufficiently warm when it was originally made and given to my husband, then there's absolutely no way it could have become barely luke warm traveling in a car for only 3 blocks. I didn't even eat it. Even the cinnabon bites were not warm! I support fast food workers, customer service isn't easy even if the job itself is. However, this was just a plain lack of concern and no willingness to go the (not even extra!) Full mile. So what did I pay for?
I'll probably not eat Taco Bell again, at all. Every establishment has become this way and I'm tired of the repetitive...
Read moreAbsolutely sickened and appalled with the night staffs behavior and all around Power Trip... yesterday I had ordered food from the drive-thru which was decent. Later that day I was doordashing and they only let people who are doordashing inside the lobby after store hours. I was having a medical emergency and needed to use the restroom and I was denied because they tried to say the lobby (that myself and 1 other Dasher) were standing inside was closed. I didnt even get a chance to present my Just Cant Wait Card .... which should legally grant me access to a bathroom within states that recognize Ally's law such as Washington State but the employee was more worried about her authoritative complex being fed other than worrying about the laws being upheld. The employee went on an absolute power trip and then wouldn't even give me the customers order. I felt more than discriminated against due to wearing work clothing instead of something nice. 100% following up with management and corporate for this location, recommend going to practically any other Taco Bell considering this gross misconduct and interaction. Absolutely inexcusable from any employee working in service. The employee also refused to give me her first name so that I could follow up with...
