I walked in without a mask and the lady behind the counter asked me if I had an online order, clearly acknowledging me, to which I said no. I stood in line for a good 5-7 minutes while the lady infront of me made her sandwich, and once they were done with her sandwich, I moved up and the lady asked if I had a mask to which I replied no. She said she couldn't serve me without a mask, even though the lady in front of me didn't have a mask on!
I left and went to the location on lower division by Sonic. When I walked in the two servers were in what looked like a heated discussion with an older gentleman behind the counter, who had his mask hanging off one ear clearly not on his face.
I asked the lady if the same person who owned the location at NW Boulevard own the one on division and she said yes, I proceeded to tell her what happened and she said she was also supposed to ask me to wear a mask. OK! That's Fine! But why is the guy not wearing his BEHIND THE COUNTER? Why are you telling me to wear one when the woman infront it me isn't and you took her order?
Enforce the rule completely, without bias, or not at all. Won't eat at your...
Read moreIt's a shame 0 stars isn't an option. Literally the worst ever experience dealing with this place. Ordered for takeout, find out they messed up the order heavily. Gave them a call, the person that picked up mumbled everything, I start nicely explaining how the order was messed up, without the person telling me "oh let me get a manager" they just walk away from the phone and so now I'm talking into the air. After a bit some lady just starts repeatedly yelling "Hello" over and over while I was already saying "yeah I'm here". Describe the situation to her and she starts yelling at me over the phone saying I'm wrong and have no idea what I'm talking about and that once her husband gets off work they'll look at the camera of her making the food... talk about unprofessional. If the husband owns the place and has access to cameras, where was he? Why does he need to be off work for her to look at cameras? Oh and for the food that was messed up. Ordered cheesesteaks, that guess what, didn't have any meat! But sure that's my fault somehow. What...
Read moreI eat at different Subway locations at least 3 times a week for lunch. Most of the time it is great. I walked in, 3 people were in line. The employee with the lip ring (couldn't read her name tag), was just about to start taking the next order and I asked her for the bathroom key so I could wash my hands before getting in line. She looked annoyed, didn't say a word, walked to the other end of the counter, got the key, and just set it by the register (far end of the counter from me). I didn't even realize what she had done until a friendly customer told me it was there. That customer and I shared a glance as if to say, WTF? Normally, I probably would have just left, but I was starving and in a hurry. I ordered, she made my sandwich fine without any expression or enthusiasm...whatever. I took my food and went to sit down. 6 of the 9 tables had crumbs on them. This was at 2pm..not during a lunch rush. Rreccomndation, get some new employees and/or remind them they are in the SERVICE industry and people are watching them...
