PJ’s Pub — Restaurant in Spokane

I was in a few weeks ago and left my tab open and a card at the bar. Went to close out my tab later and they had GIVEN MY CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE. The bartender admitted her mistake laughed and said she would refund me for the persons tab that was charged to my account when she GAVE THEM MY CARD. And then proceeded to still make me pay for my tab… we’ll it has been 2 weeks, I avoided writing this review since I used to be service industry myself but my money has still not been refunded on my account… so not only did I never get my card back but I never got refunded for the persons tab that I paid for because the bartender gave my card to the wrong person. So if you go here proceed with caution and close your tab out after every drink!!! They keep cards all together in a rubber band behind the bar.. no wonder they gave it away..

EDIT: 6/14: After writing this review the owner Meadow reached out to me and was very nice and professional. She let me know she was out of town at the time of the incident and that my card should have been refunded and I also that I should have never been charged after that. So she was able to refund what had been charged to my account for the other persons tab and also refunded me my tab and gave me a $50 gift certificate to go in and try them again. Great place to hang out with friends have couple drinks, maybe couple warm up shots from there drink specials. The food was over priced for the quality. We each ordered a dinner entree. The Monster Burger was bit of let down thought it would be way bigger but as you can tell from picture the chicken burger ( cant remember the name ) was larger and had more on it including a large onion ring and bacon and bbq sauce. Also comes with jalapeno but i got it with that taken off and it was delicious. Too much to eat at one time so took half home. They were both served with fries. Almost 1/3 complex over done. Way past crispy just hard to even eat. So maybe next time i would skip the food. The drinks and warm up winter special shots they have totally awesome. We had 3 rounds of both. The pool table's where easy to get on and the outside smoking area got heater and its covered so that's a plus for those of us that still smoke. The best part of the night was the karaoke. Had good song verity something for every taste of music. Some singers better then other but everyone was having great time and they really try to get everyone in on the fun. Although it's not the best looking place on the planet, and it seems to be located in a strange spot, it is a nice place.

PJ's has two floors. The top floor has a small seating area, what appears to be a small dance floor, and four decent pool tables. The bottom floor has some arcade games, a larger dance floor, and some dart boards.

If you enter through the Monroe St. entrance, the bar is in the back right. The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the beers they had on tap.

There's a really cool patio out back past the bar that has a covered and heated smoking area with chairs, which is always appreciated, and is very well lit and nice.

I will definitely be returning to PJ's if I get the urge to go to a bar. It has a very down-to-Earth, laid back, friendly atmosphere and good food, apparently (my friend had a burger and fries, and he says they...
