I ordered the 5 cheeseburgers and tub of fries deal with tarter and paid for 2 extra tarter in the drive thru. I received 4 cheeseburgers in my bag. I quickly parked and went in. They gave me a cheeseburger and the tub of fries that I ordered. I asked them if the tarter and 2 extras were in the bag. They said yes. I got home and it was all fry sauce. I drove back and took my bag in and showed them the receipt. They gave me the tarter that I paid for but asked for the fry sauce back!!! I work in retail and I know they shouldn't have done that. It left the building and should never be given to another customer. They also should have given my money back or given me a gift card or something. I wasn't really upset until they asked for the fry sauce back. That was very inappropriate. Horrible customer service. Please check your bags trice before leaving the parking lot. I wasted time and gas to make things right. I will be contacting the Health Department on Monday. You never ask for sauce back in which I know will be given to the next customer....

One specialty item they have that I cant find anywhere else are there deep fried mushrooms. Everytime I've ever bought there mushrooms they are extremely fresh. Im talking piping hot mushrooms with this perfect crunchy shell and just enough juice to enjoy the tenderness of the mushrooms. They only offer 1 size of them which has been amazing all but once because there always a bunch. Im talking a true large order if the best deep fried mushrooms. You've got to try them out. Read moreI have been going to zip 's on market st over 20 yrs. My home away from home! I have always complimented what great food they have.and nice friendly employees. My granddaughter and I went at 9:30 tonight and the young girl ( new employee) that took our order was rude over what we ordered and did not give the right amount of change back. When I told her she said to me in a snotty voice " oh I'm bad". I couldn't believe it. Everyone is always so nice. I talked to the manager and her comment was; well it goes both ways.
