If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with any food delivery company. I placed an order with this Domino’s location and never received it. No call, no update, no food just radio silence. After waiting far too long, I called the store to find out what was going on.
I spoke with a manager named Jacob, who couldn’t have been less helpful. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, he told me I wouldn’t be getting a refund, only a credit for food, food I never received in the first place! Why would I ever want credit to a place that already failed to deliver a basic order?
What’s worse is that Jacob was completely dismissive and offered no explanation, no empathy, and no solution beyond, “We can’t refund you, but you can have a credit.” That’s not customer service that’s stealing under the guise of policy.
I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years, but this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth and ironically, no actual food. Safe to say this is a store I’ll never order from again, and I’ll be telling friends, family, and anyone who asks to steer clear.
Domino’s corporate should take a hard look at how this location is being run. If this is how paying customers are treated, it’s only a matter of time before people stop coming back. Absolutely unacceptable.

Read moreNo delivery, delivery.. We have been ordering from Domino for years. A few weeks ago we placed an online order and the delivery person did not ring the door bell. He called the cell phone to say he was outside. My husband complained at that time, but did not call to express our dissatisfaction with the delivery. In hind sight we should have called and complained. Today the same delivery person called and did not ring the door bell. He called my husbands cell phone three times. We have a house full of people for an afternoon of pizza and football. We did decide to cancel the order, because we expect hot food and good customer service when we spend our money. This second unfortunate experience and the frustration with a house full of hungry guests leads us to come to the decision we will no longer patronize Domino. Read moreI usually order through the app and pickup when ready. Today, I decided to come in and order. While the food here is good, and usually made accurately, I am wondering why not one employee, NOT ONE, in food prep used any sort of gloves!!😮😮😮 I don't even see not one jar or dispenser of hand sanitzer!!!! Employees go to the back touching who knows what and then touch food. Employees are touching their phones, which are high germ and bacteria carrying items, and then touching food!! One employee was rubbing crust out his eye, went to the back, came to the front, used the cash register, without so much as using any sort of hand sanitizer. And to top things off, there are flies flying around landing on dough that is sitting out. There's not even one of those bug zappers to handle the flies!! Smh!!! I hope the high heat of the oven kills the germs from these employees hands. Smh!!! I'll give Papa John's a try...
