When I pulled up to the drive-thru there was one car in front of me when I pulled up to the speaker I was eventually asked "can I help you" so I proceeded with asking if the specific donut that I like was available, which it was so I placed that order and added on my free Monday iced coffee, with modifications due to needing Oat milk. The lady told me to pull around for my total so I did. The young girl at the window thought something was funny and acted as though she didn't want/know how to scan the barcode for my reward and points on my phone... I thought that was a bit odd. The other staff girl that took my order hands me a bag with my donut in it and the girl laughing asks me if she just gave me my donut , I said yes. She then shuts the window and they both walk away. Now I'm just waiting for my coffee. About a good 2 minutes goes by, a boy staff walks past the window on his phone completely ignoring me, another 2 minutes goes by and the woman that took my order is seen peeking at me and when I look back at her she walks away! Right after the young girl that took my money comes over laughing "again" opens the window & says did I need anything, I said my coffee with a confused look on my face, cause what the HECK, she laughs "again" like something's funny and says hold on as she puts her finger up to me, shuts the window as I wait another 2 minutes for my drink to be handed to me by the girl that took my order! No apology from anybody😳so when I asked for my receipt I was looked at by all three of them like I was crazy for asking such a thing! Neither girls knew how to print a receipt except for the boy and when he handed me the receipt he was just blank. Nobody said have a good day, nobody said hi, how may I help you, nobody said ANYTHING. I hope they get a...
Read moreI am really tired of all the dunkins in the area and especially not sure what is going on with them, but this one USED to be one of the better ones, coffee always nice and hot, donuts nicely stocked. Wednesdays and Saturdays are typically my Dunkin days, I am a regular in this one because of the (I'm going to assume they are mother and daughter that own the place now) They are always kind, and I don't get overcharged and told Oh the price went up yesterday. If they know the decaf has been sitting too long they make a new pot and I am more then happy to wait, who doesn't want a fresh cup. BUT the employees they have brought in lately are rude and sarcastic. Last night my $3.49 decaf coffee was $3.86 and when I asked why she said "They went up" Since that morning? Really? The coffee was bitter and tasted burned because it was old. I have had one employee fill my cup with cream and sugar and it MAY have had a half of cup of coffee in it and was overcharged that time too. I have had employees here yell at me because they didn't know what a decaf was?! Not sure what is going on, but this seems to be the same across the board with the local Dunkin's. If you don't want to work for Dunkin, stop applying for jobs at Dunkin. Don't take it out on the customer, it makes the...

I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for the past four years, but the last 4 or 5 times my experience has been very disappointing. Almost every time I visit now, my order is wrong and I’m overcharged.
Today, I ordered a medium hot caramel latte, but I was charged for a cold latte—almost $6—and was given a small instead. I repeated my order, and the cashier insisted that a latte is “milk and three sugars,” which is not correct for a caramel latte. When I finally got the medium, it tasted like plain milk with no flavor.
To make matters worse, the cashier told me that an iced latte is cheaper than a hot one, claiming I was actually undercharged—despite the fact that the posted menu shows the opposite. When I asked for my drink to be remade, I saw the employee pour my original drink into another cup, mix it, and hand it back, calling it “remade.”
I left without arguing, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to...
