I love Baskin Robbins Cappacino Blasts. However, this location is the worst I have ever been to. For months their machine was broken. I must have gone there at least 6 times during this period and it was always broken. Tonight we went there, waiting in line asked for 2 blasts made with praline ice cream, out of that, asked for butter pecan - out of that. Asked what they had - listed chocolate chip so asked for that - they cannot make blasts with that so finally ordered vanilla. Went to the window, took my money then came back and said that they are out of the mix and cannot make any blasts. Asked for my money back and they said was that on a card. I said no, I just paid for it with cash. Finally, after 5 minutes got my money back. I wish Spring Hill had a good Baskin Robbins. Must be the management of this location. ...

There were no labels of any kind on the ice cream flavors, which made selecting one much more time consuming than it should have been, and when we finally did figure out what we wanted, there wasnāt a clean place to sit.
The counters, the line of tables, absolutely everything was filthy. Not a soul in there except the three employees, but they couldnāt be bothered to wipe the tables. I looked down at the floor and there were cones, dirt, dead bugs, and what looked like days of fallen food debris on every square inch of the floor.

I called to confirm that they had received the order I placed online on Baskin-Robbins.com for this location (and have an order number and screenshot) and the girl said they donāt accept online orders. Funny how I could place the order ONLINE and pay for it though? Then, I proceeded to say I would like to cancel the order and to look up my order number and she repeated what she already said without helping in any way.
