Tonight me and my aunt dropped in to see the newly remodeled Beefs, well done on that! Very vibrant and appealing, with more attention to detail revolving around noise reduction and privacy. (Not just a big open space anymore) Booths added etc. Atmosphere is great. The REAL PROBLEM IS THE SERVICE! We got there around 6:45 pm, sat at the bar like usual. Please check cameras for reference.
Mia our âserverâ wasnât even attentive enough to offer us menus. We asked her if there were any changes on the menu due to the fact that itâs now a franchise and not corporate, and her answer was no. Well, thatâs interesting because last time I checked, you guys werenât serving burgers on toast or with a mozzarella stick that I would characterize as a string cheese fried with some breading⊠obviously thatâs not a mozzarella stick. My aunt had the wings and they were smaller than usual significantly and over friedâŠ. But no changes⊠okay⊠My Aunt said the sauce was good, though. I also requested my burger to be medium, and it came out medium rare, but of course I couldnât tell my server because she was nowhere to be found or too busy socializing with other individuals at work in the back kitchen area. She seemed to be too busy most of the time socializing in the back kitchen area for the majority of our visit. Outside of that she wasnât in the store. She ran off with another employee outside the store like two high school girls after the bell rings to go wherever for about 10 minutes⊠so meanwhile weâre waiting for someone or anyone to be attentive to us because weâre done with our food and weâre waiting to check out, we politely waited until one individual was able to be flagged down by us so that we could request to be cashed out. Itâs quite frankly STUPID that as paying customers we donât get ANY SERVICE FROM OUR SERVER or anyone else without flagging them down; Outside of the initial arrival for drinks and a refill. So we get there and 1.5 hours later no appetizer , but wait my brother-in-law got his dinner and when we asked where ours was they didnât even remember what we ordered. The food was horrible I feel bad even taking the boneless wings to my dogs. The manager greets us says she is going to comp the bill the we receive a $70.00 bill for food we didnât eat. The server brought us food with no silverware, no napkins on the table, no one could remember straws or what dressing we ordered for our wings. Multiple families walk out and all tables were complaining. That is what brought me to the reviews, itâs not they were busy this place is down right horrible this franchiseeâs business is going down the drain. Oh and wait the same comment for every horrible review from the owner. Iâm in customer service and have never had such attitude and talk back from a waitress when we asked to see the manager and she said she was the manager well guess what she lied because we already saw the manager before so we knew she was not the manager. The manager was busy chasing a large party from leaving and she had to wait on them. The list could go on. I will never step in this beef o Bradyâs again. This is the true sign of a franchise that needs to investigate what is happening at one of their locations.    Read morei brought my almost two old and myself here today to get some lunch after our ballet practice. i was super stoked to get some good food at a good price. unfortunately, we sat there for over 15 mins waiting to just be greeted. i have a toddler, i work in a restaurant and when we have kids in there we get them out as fast as possible . as time went by , i noticed tables being sat, drinks orders being put in and food being taken out, after we have been sitting there for 15+ minutes. i felt discriminated bc i am a young white lady with a mixed daughter. there was not a single person of color in there besides one cook, and only one other younger person with an older person, i feel i wasn't taken care of bc 1.) i am a young person with a child 2.) my child is black. it may not of been this way but it is exactly how i felt. i asked for a manager and she came super friendly just not comforting. the excuse was "i thought she had you and she thought u you " yet nobody even cared to ask. i manage a restaurant myself, it's very easy for me personally to point out when somebody is there for just a check and somebody who genuinely loves to do for the. customer. i was not offered any type of compensation for the long wait and making me so upset. i left the restaurant crying bc of how uncomfortable i felt. just because i am a young single mother with a black child does not mean to assume the tip i will give. this is so disheartening bc the food and prices are great. but i feel like i can't even show my face in...
