Crumbl — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I work out at OrangeTheory Fitness next door so the anticipation of this location opening has been lingering in the air. My eldest son, 13 year old, had something to celebrate and asked me to purchase him some crumbl cookies for the special occasion. The location is fast, clean, and very friendly. Parking is a breeze. I have never had these cookies before, we have never purchased them. I was very surprised to hear my total cost for six cookies, including a 15% tip, was $27.00. They do have a points reward system you can sign up for at checkout if you provide them a mobile phone number. Regarding cost, I will take into consideration that one cookie is four servings. Technically that makes the box 24 cookies for $27.00 including my chosen option to tip. I purchased one of each, Salted caramel, cornbread, molasses cinnamon roll, chocolate chocolate sprinkle, chocolate chip, and white chocolate chip with cranberry cookies. When I got home to our family of four I took knives to cut each cookie into servings of four. I purchased on Monday. Today, Thursday-Thanksgiving 2022, I threw away what was left over because they dried out on our counter & no one would eat anymore. Each cookie is super rich in its’ intended flavors. The cookies can be very filling and at times too much, meaning too much sugar, too much flavor, too filling. It is all a matter of personal preference and as an adult it is not a go too choice. My 13 year old & nine year old both loved the experience but stated it is a lot in one cookie. The kids definitely want me to buy them again! It will be a “special occasion” location...

So there I was... Driving around Spring Hill... Hunger pains tearing down my body. I didn't know what I wanted. Time was running out for me, so I pulled into a random parking lot. I crawled out of my car, unable to properly walk due to lack of sustenance. I needed food before it was too late! I desperately crawled towards the building in front of me.

Out of nowhere, a beacon of light was shining from above! A silhouette floated in front of me. "Are you an angel?" I asked. "No, but I'm here to help..." she said, in a soft whisper. The angelic mysterious figure then scooped me up and carried me into an establishment called "Crumbl". She sat me in a chair and pulled an item from seemingly thin air. She hand fed me a Dubai chocolate bar until I was strong enough to stand on my own.

The delicious confectionery item, combined with the selfless kindness of this woman, proved to be too much for even my tough demeanor. A waterfall of happy tears began to cascade nonstop. I haven't cried that much since the very first time I watched The Notebook. It was beautiful and I was grateful. I asked "What is your name, stranger?" and she replied "I'm Laura. Glad I could help!" True story, probably.

All jokes aside, Laura from the morning shift was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service was top tier, outmatched only by her kindness. The website had a few ordering issues and she did everything to make it right when we showed up in person....

I didn't get the chance to try one of their incredibly appealing cookies this time, I actually am a doordasher and I picked up an order for delivery but OMG let me tell you, if I hadn't been broke and it would have been earlier in the night (I got there as they were closing up for the night. They stay open until midnight!!! 🥳) I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have left that store without something for myself. The place is beautiful and clean and smells delicious. They have a display of all the various cookies on offer so that you can see what you'll be getting when you order. I definitely am coming back when I get the chance to order some for myself and my family! They have beautiful packaging and the whole place is just one big aesthetic dream! I know I'm gushing but I am a sweets fanatic and this place is exactly the place I've dreamt of and didn't even know it existed! They also stay open until midnight which if anyone follows my reviews will know late night is my favorite time to get out and do stuff. I can't wait to come back and taste some for myself!
