Bring back k chefs of Napoli, I was very disappointed when I saw the name changed because I haven't been in the area and over here so everyone says it's better but I disagree completely. Pizza was subpar very bland didn't even put oregano or anything just straight up cheese. Just has no heart or soul like it used to. I was told on the phone it would be a 45 minute wait for an order of large cheese pizza and an order of mozzarella sticks. Mind you this was on a Thursday afternoon about 4:30. When I arrive to the restaurants The parking lot was completely empty however I sat in the parking lot for 25 minutes because I did not expect such a long wait come to find when I walk inside the restaurant looks like my pizza's been sitting there for a roughly 25 minutes somewhat cold already but mozzarella sticks not even melted anymore. I should have walked in early and checked but I didn't want to be that guy that just made an order walking in checking them already. So I tried to be nice but it ultimately I suffered because everything was cold at that point. Also before leaving I realized we have more company that just arrived at my home so I quickly went back into the restaurant and asked how long would it be to get another pizza because I just got company I wasn't expecting and with a smirk like I'm an idiot and a huff I got ,hour and a half cuz we're out of cheese. So I giggled because I thought surely they're joking but to my annoyance they were not. So the lady of the register didn't seem to give two craps she's ready to go home I think the guy making pizzas kind of chuckled and said sorry. And I'm honestly pretty disgusted by the mozzarella sticks it was literally worse than the frozen ones you can get that you just put like the microwave they were kind of deep fried but solid and then not greasy but not crunchy I don't really know what they were really just gross just the sauce is great put the semi-fried turd cheese was just bad. And they were like 12 bucks for five burnt little turds doesn't even make sense like the ratio is terrible. Anyway really wish I didn't change and chefs of Napoli was still there cuz that'd be cool. I know I won't be coming back cuz the attitude just not good there. No good vibes coming from...

I Can Honestly Say There was nothing good about DeCristofaro's Restaurant. Actually it was terrible.
The waitress was good 😊 👍
I'll start with the bread and oil that was first served. The bread was nothing special, actually no good. No taste, just warm & crunchy. They use chopped garlic FROM A JAR and it definitely has a different taste than real delicious garlic. Bonefish does oil & bread the RIGHT way. You think your customers don't know. But they do and eventually l will not be returning.
Next came the salad. Unfortunately I don't like Arugula. (and that's my personal taste) But I never had an ALL Arugula salad at any restaurant. This salad would be better with a variety of leafy greens.
Now comes the dinner. I asked the waitress if the clams were real or from a can. I was told they were real. Great, that's what I ordered. That was another horrible mess. Yes, they were fresh "real" clams. UGH The clams were the size of a dime. really not sure if the picture does any justice because believe me it was small. No, make that TINY. You can't cheap out by serving us so much pasta making it look like you serve big giant servings. You pile a bunch of cheap pasta on a plate and then you skimp with what tasted like Alfredo from a jar and the cheapest of clams you can possibly get. You serve a ridiculous amount of pasta it took away from juices all the way bottom of bowl. How about serving LESS pasta and use better clams. What are you thinking? I want a nice Italian meal? Not everything that came from a jar.
Being from New York & Boca Raton in South Florida. New York & Boca are well known for their demanding clientele & delicious restaurants that don't cheap out. Restaurants in Boca & NY can't go cheap cause BOCA & New Yorkers won't allow it.
DeCristofaro's, we won't be back 👎
You are definitely overpriced for the quality food that you serve. Your food isn't good enough to command your prices 👎 👎 👎 👎 Please don't a copy & paste form letters. That seems to be your excuse. Higher quality standards will get more people through your door instead of showing them how cheap you are using garlic in a jar. ...
Read moreI can count the number of dissatisfied reviews I've felt the motivation to make on one finger; this is one of them. Usually I'm pretty forgiving when inconvenienced- mistakes happen, people have off days, etc. etc. but my order here got to me.
Right about 6:30 I call in a pick up and told it'll be ready in an hour. It wasn't much; Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken, Calamari, and a kid's chicken cutlet meal. An hour seemed excessive but that's ok, at least we know. Now maybe other places have spoiled me but usually if i show up a few minutes early it's already ready. Not so. No biggie, I am early after all. I pay in advance which I later regret. At right about 7:30 I'm asked if it's ok if their Fettuccini being thinner than typical. After responding I notice the time and find it odd I'm being asked this now since surely it's ready? Nope. It's now 7:53 and my wife is texting me to cancel and grab some Wendy's which if I hadn't already paid I would have just walked out. We text a bit more and at 7:55 the order is finally ready. We're both annoyed, it's been an hour and a half without even a mention that it might take longer than normal on top of an already long wait. Granted, this was on a Saturday but I too work in an industry where delays demand a courtesy notice at least.
At any rate, at least we got the food? I'm not going to exaggerate and say it was terrible but I won't lie either so here's a very honest review - for the price of $50 and an hour and a half wait time it was all very average, with a final insult that there wasn't even any marinara to be found for the Calamari, let alone a lemon slice. Luckily I had some sitting in the fridge but something fresh for the price and wait would've been preferred.
For those that enjoy the place please continue. For the price the wife and I will just head to Carrabba's in the future.

Note: The wife wanted me to emphasize that the pasta used was not suitable at all for a good Fettuccini Alfredo and was overall...
