First off the prices are insane four chocolate glazed donuts $12.53..i take a bite give me adult daughter one she bits her donut and immediately said at the same time it tastes like acetone smells.. there's a nail spa next door.. I took them back for a refund..The l older lady offers me an exchange then bites one in my box and said I'm tasting real chocolate she tastes no chemicals to which I told her , her taste buds must be dead due to her eating those toxic donuts...I refused the exchange for more donuts insisted on a refund on my card ..The worker says she doesn't know how to refund cards only cash, the owners don't let her ..as I look down see the screen on the kiosk , I then walked her thru simply by pushing a refund button on the screen.. highlighted my debit card..selected amount entered the amount charged then hit next and refund...Done.. by myself no joke she thanked me a customer for showing her this...🙄 I'm absolutely speechless and my mouth is still tingling from one bite of the toxic donut..I should have read these reviews but I used to go there 10 years ago and thought let's stop...mistakes...

Do not go here! We were so disappointed in our visit today! First off the lady working this morning was rude and rushed us when no one else was even waiting. Plus the place is a complete wreck inside. We ordered 2 dozen donuts. Then at checkout we find out that each dozen is $26.00 😳 I’m sorry but unless we are on vacation in a high tourism place that pricing is insane! It was $57.00 after tax for 2 dozen donuts. Then we get home and they are in terrible shape— smashed in the box, like the other reviews say the icing has a strong chemical taste, the oil they fry them in has gone bad and leaves a gross after taste in your mouth. I did call bad to ask how much a dozen donuts is because I thought maybe I was accidentally doubt charged the lady answer and when I asked her how much a dozen donuts is she just shouted “we are open, you come in” and hung up on me. I mean this whole experience just was awful! Take your money somewhere...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I asked for a cream filled, lady gave me a strawberry frosted and then argued with me saying that’s what I ordered…..I hate strawberry and today was definitely not the day I decided otherwise! After she reluctantly gave me the correct donut I left and took one bite in the car but spat it back out and threw the rest in the trash it was terrible and tasted like the air at a nail salon🤢. The drinks in the cooler were expired or about to expire. I wish a read the multiple reviews saying to stay away from this place before I spent $5 on a single donut I couldn’t even finish a bite of!

Chemical taste, rude staff, expired food products, dirty lobby, terrible experience DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Oh and there’s a sign that says price increases because of “higher rent” but based on the other businesses in the complex I’m fairly certain the family owns the...

I was very hesitant in coming here because of the poor reviews. But I’m glad I tried them anyways because this is where I’ll be getting donuts in Spring Hill from now on. I’d also like to add clarity to a few of the complaints that people have. Yes they are pricier than most typical donuts. But they are also twice the size of typical donuts. I believe these are also higher quality as well. The apple pecan fritter and cinnamon sugar twist were soft on the inside and had caramelized crunchy bits on the outside. Absolutely wonderful in taste and texture. The only one I didn’t enjoy was the chocolate frosting. I do agree with people that the nail polish salon next door is somehow permeating the frosting. Which is really unfortunate because the donut itself is superb! If they can figure out a way to address that issue, every donut would be a 10/10.

We ordered a dozen variety donuts, two cinnamon rolls, and a 12 count donut holes total was over $60! 😳🤑WAY OVER PRICED!! The chocolate icing tasted like acetone. I literally asked if there was a nail salon next door, possibly they cross contaminated acetone in the chocolate glaze they used. My family laughed at me. They all tasted it and said it in fact did taste like acetone. “It taste like it smells in a nail shop.” To be exact. I looked up the location in google maps, next door to the donut palace was a nail salon in the photo. The other iced donuts were VERY rich and left a weird aftertaste. When we called to inform them of the very obvious taste, no one answered. When I read the reviews after this occurrence, we found others complained about the same type of experience.
