Super China Buffet — Restaurant in Spring Hill

My suggestion is that you do not eat here ever! Spend an extra $2 for meal and go someplace that is actually nice! This place is filthy dirty! It's old and uncapped the bathroom is disgusting the food is horrible! Worst of all the Weekend Buffet on Saturday night was more than $15 per meal! I never ate worst Chinese food since I've been eating Chinese food since the 1970s. Furthermore I was married to a Chinese woman for almost 30 years and eight in some of the better places throughout the country as well as cooked Chinese food in my home. This was disgusting! Lastly they never brought out crab legs which you are paying for at dinner time on the Weekend Buffet when I asked they said that they do not bring them out regularly because they're too expensive. If that's the case why are they on the menu and why are they charging for them? They stated if I wanted them they would bring them out for me. About 10 minutes later the waitress dropped by the table and said that the crab legs were on the food bar once I made it to the Food Bar one gentleman had put a few on his plate and there was literally nothing left at the bar. I asked the waitress to please make some special for my brother and myself and bring them to the table she refused and specifically told me that crab legs are $13 a pound and they don't put them out enough for everyone! I said then you're going to need to bring out enough for everybody so that I can get a few for myself and a few for my brother I could hear the cooks complaining and I understood what they were saying because I speak and understand Chinese after being married for 25 years! I went to the owner of the restaurant and told her it's not fair to charge for something that you're not technically intending to provide to people. She said that she would do her best and as I walked away I mumbled under my breath don't f with me. She came to me and told me to get out. And I said fine as soon as I get my crab legs that I've already paid for. I took maybe four or five crab legs ate them and as I was leaving and walking out the door she and a customer told me to get out as I was walking out the door! Despicable! Went in around 530 on a Friday nite. The food looked like it had been out for awhile. We were hungry so we got a plate most of the food was not fresh hot, most of the chicken was hard or chewy when they did bring crab legs out it was very little at a time. They acted like it was an abomination when asking could they bring out something fresh...Also crab legs are NOT all you can eat the first 1/2 pound goes with the buffet and then it's $7 for every pound after that. ( They monitor that more than a monitor the drink refills that you may need) Those were put in a cool pan of water on the bar and they were also cold. We had a party of 9. The person that seated us was more concerned about my kids age then just walked away. We were there more than 15 minutes with no one taking our drink orders, so we got our own. Crab legs were put out once while we were there, but by the time we got to them they were all gone. We asked for more to be cooked, but that never happened. Are server never refilled our drinks. Brought us the bill, we asked for drink refill, picked up cup to show her and she walked away. No one was friendly.
