I want to say thank you so much for your prompt response to my on-line order!!! I had no idea who to call for some sympathy flowers for my friend who lives in Spring Hill (I'm in Wisconsin) I googled florists in the area and after reading the many good reviews about Wild Root Florist, I decided to give you a try. And I'm soooooo very thankful that I did! I went on your website in the morning and ordered what you see in the attached photos, and just 4 1/2 hours later.... they were delivered to my friend! Even though I asked for same day delivery, I didn't expect that to happen based on past experience with other florists. You all are amazing! The flowers are "just enough" (my friend is a man) to accompany the beautiful sentiment plaque. And you did this at a very economical price! All of this is so awesome - thank you from the bottom of my heart. And thank you from my friend. (Photos are taken at his home after delivery - he placed the plaque on the mantel above the fireplace so that he can see it while working at home. Flowers are proudly displayed on the kitchen table.) Very disappointed!!! I often order flowers for various occasions, this was my first time using Wild Root. I ordered a cut arrangement for my uncle's funeral and when I got to the funeral home I didn't even look at the card on this arrangement because I just knew there was no way it could be mine, as I had given a $100 spend allowance. After looking at other arrangements, and not finding one from my family, I looked at the card on this one, I was shocked to see my name on the card. Two of the buds were already bending (the day of delivery). I asked if $100 would get a nice full arrangement and was told yes it would. This is so much smaller compared to an arrangement I sent 3 months ago (from another florist) to another funeral and the spend allowance was NOT $100. I expected a nice full arrangement, maybe in a basket or something special going to a funeral, I could have picked something like this up at Kroger and taken it with me, for about 1/3 the price. Not happy at all, there is no way this is a $100 arrangement....I feel like...

I had a flower emergency yesterday and Wild Root saved the whole day. I had placed an order with another florist 2 weeks in advance, only to be cancelled on a couple days before I needed the order. To preface, I looked a little rough the day I came in the flower shop. I went to a different shop first and the staff was super rude, I guess because of how I looked or maybe they just had sticks up their butts. Anywho, I started calling around looking for my best girl's favorite; a white calla lilly. Wild Root not only had what I needed, the lady that helped me (I wish I got her name) was so kind and sweet to me. She even helped me pick out a GORGEOUS single stem vase. Impeccable customer service, day and night compared to what I experienced at the other shop. I can't wait to see my girlfriend's reaction. I can't thank Wild Root enough for coming...
