Nestled within the bustling streets, Sushi Thai stands as a beacon of gastronomic delight, beckoning discerning palates to experience a symphony of flavors and sensations. This culinary gem transcends mere dining; it is an experience, a journey of tantalizing tastes and impeccable service that culminate in a five-star marvel.

At the heart of Sushi Thai's allure lies its sushi offerings, a spectacle of artistry and freshness that captivates from the first glimpse. Each roll is a masterpiece, meticulously crafted with precision and care, showcasing the bountiful treasures of the sea in a harmonious dance of textures and flavors. From the delicate slices of sashimi to the intricately prepared rolls, every bite is a revelation, a testament to the chef's dedication to perfection.

But Sushi Thai is more than just a sushi haven; it is a culinary crossroads where East meets West in a tantalizing fusion of Thai flavors. The menu boasts a diverse array of Thai dishes, each one a celebration of spices, herbs, and aromatics that transport diners to the vibrant streets of Bangkok. Whether indulging in the rich complexity of a green curry or savoring the zesty punch of a Pad Thai, every dish is a symphony of tastes that lingers on the palate, a lasting tribute to the culinary mastery of the kitchen.

Beyond the culinary delights, Sushi Thai's ambiance is a study in understated elegance, a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication that sets the stage for memorable dining experiences. The warm hues of the decor, the soft glow of ambient lighting, and the gentle hum of conversation create an atmosphere of conviviality and relaxation, inviting guests to unwind and savor every moment.

Of course, no dining experience is complete without exceptional service, and Sushi Thai exceeds expectations in this regard. The staff, a dedicated team of professionals, epitomize hospitality in its truest form, anticipating diners' needs with grace and efficiency. From the moment of arrival to the final farewell, guests are treated with the utmost care and attention, ensuring that every visit is nothing short of flawless.

In conclusion, Sushi Thai is a culinary oasis, a testament to the art of dining done right. With its exceptional sushi offerings, flavorful Thai dishes, inviting ambiance, and impeccable service, it is no wonder that Sushi Thai has earned its prestigious five-star rating. Thai is some of my favorite food. Although, I knew of this restaurant, the fairly unassuming name and the hidden placement in the shopping center convinced me that there was nothing important in that restaurant. After wishing for something fair tasty and spicy, we decided to give them a try.

It's pleasant to be completely surprised and I was. There is a huge menu and one of my favorite dishes is Pad Kee Mao. I use too challenge the restaurant to make it spicy enough for me. That was in the old days. I don't do that now and it is a good thing. They offer a range of spicy from. 1 to 5 I chose a fairly safe level of 3. It was perfectly right but no one else could eat it because of the heat. If you like a lot of spice, try it. It is something I have eaten around the country and this was among the best but be warned about the spiciness. But please don't change...

First, I do like this place. However, there is a disturbing trend in sushi. Many places, like this one, are trending toward sushi that does not include raw fish. Well, the Americanized rolls anyway. Too many are baked, broiled or have something tempura instead of raw fish. They can be delicious but I am looking for "real" sushi. This restaurant does have some but nothing uncommon. Tuna. Salmon, etc. They also have a pretty good variety of other items. It's also a bit expensive for the area.

Update: Back for a 2nd visit. Lunch, spring roll was very tasty but room temperature instead of hot. Pork pad tai is hot and tasty but the pork is over cooked. I had even mentioned to Koro (our server) to be careful not to overcook it...

I had the shrimp & sweet potato tempura to start. It came out hot & crispy with a side of rice, which is different for me, but hey, each place does things differently. I ordered the lunch portion of Chicken Massaman Curry, medium spicy, which also came with a side of rice. The curry was a lil too sweet for my taste, but the flavor was ok. The employees were definitely not speaking Thai, so I can see why the flavors were not quite authentic to me, but I could be wrong on judging that. It's very quiet here, and the staff was very nice.

Great Sushi / Thai restaurant. More than 100 Sushi items plus more than two dozen Thai dinners. With ingredient descriptions and photos for most. They were very busy, but service was very good and friendly. We had five people in our party and each selected a roll to share -- so many to choose from -- going to need several revisits. The presentation in the boat was fun. All the rolls we selected very tasty with unique flavors to each -- Sunrise, Volcano, Mexican (with small amount of Jalapeño), Dragon, Angry Tuna.

EXCELLENT! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a solid Thai flavor experience in the Spring Hill/Columbia area. This place is easily passed by on the strip, tucked away in the corner. We have always just driven past and said maybe another time, but now we are absolutely going to be regulars! Panang and Green curries were amazing and Tom Kha soup was delicious! Great service and quiet atmosphere. Five star experience!
