Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I rarely give reviews for something that has a negative context to to it, But in the case of this particular Papa John's rarely do we order from there and they're not be some sort of issue. I know they've changed management and things and things seemed to have gotten better for a while but tonight it was back to normal. We got our two pizzas home and half of one of them had no cheese whatsoever. Not real sure how that happens. Either way when the pizza at this place is good, it is a really good. But most of the time it's just whether or not the order is actually correct. We quit getting delivery for this very reason, pizzas never showed up or were wrong or were cold and wrong; so we now just order and pick it up. I want to give this establishment more stars but it's just simply too hit-or-miss for me to be able to give it more than two. After our issue tonight they did remake the one pizza and I had to go pick it up and it was as ordered. So they do make an effort it's just for some reason the mark doesn't get...

I would give them a negative stars rating if I could. We love Papa John's pizza and have lived all over the country during my husband's military career and never experienced anything like this Spring Hill location. Worst customer service and management ever. We have given them numerous chances and spoken with management and even called corporate. It should not take 2 to 4 hours for pizzas to be delivered, it doesn't matter what day of the week it is or what time of the day. Hire more drivers, additional employees, whatever it takes but I honestly do not know how anybody even tries to order from them anymore. I have used their online option and they charge you and then tell you that it's going to be 2 1/2 hours before delivery. You call to just make an order and they put you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes. The younger managers that work there all seem to not care at all about anything....

An employee was VAPING where they prep the pizzas!

This evening is the last time I buy Papa John's pizza from this location. I just returned from picking up my online order on a late Saturday evening. As I was waiting for my pizzas, there was a young lady in plain sight casually vaping where they prep the pizzas! There were other employees around working and talking with her, and they didn't even bat an eye, which makes me think this is a common occurrence.

I'm not one to leave negative reviews at the drop of a hat. But this behavior is gross and violates I don't know how many health codes. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've witnessed unprofessional behavior at this location. On previous occasions, there have been employees smoking on the side of the store, only feet from the front door.
