I just went to the Belshire in Spring Hill Tn and they were extremely busy but let me just say they were working hard trying to get all the orders done in a quick manner and accommodating everyone. The young man in the front still had a smile and offered my little boy a drink while we waited for our order. The food is always great and so is the service. They were running a little behind but it’s understandable when so many people are placing orders on a Friday night.
One lady who was being such a Karen complained and asked to speak to a manager because she had to wait 20 minutes. Even then he was trying to be fast and accommodating and kept a positive attitude with a smile. It’s so sad these employees have to deal with such rude people when they are giving all they got and trying their best to fill all the orders. If this ugly hag calls I hope you have read my comment because all those employees deserve a raise for what they do! Read moreOrdered "dine in" and was given a table placard. 42 minutes later we still hadn't received our food, we find it with the take out food and the label says it was packaged 26 minutes previously. The counter was staffed by Jaydn, who seemed completely unfazed to remediate the issue, "We've been waiting almost 45 minutes for our dine-in order, can you look into this?" "What's the name?" (Name given) "Oh. Here it is, have a nice night." "Can we get some plates? We ordered dine-in." Blank look, count to five. "How many?" "Two". And off to the lukewarm food we went, to our sticky table and a dining room that had a slight piss/chemical (ammonia) smell. Read moreMarcos lost my families business tonight. It wasn’t a matter of the product as much as it was the service. After placing an order for a bbq chicken pizza, i quickly noticed the sauce said pizza sauce, and I was wanting bbq sauce for the base. When I called in to make the request I had a very unhelpful male answer the phone. He said he couldn’t find my name in the orders, so I advised him I had been charged and told him I have an order number I can provide if that helps. His demeanor was inconvenienced and he stated he guesses he could try and see if he could look up the order number and then claimed he couldn’t find it. I assured him I see the order is placed, and asked if he could please keep an eye out for when the order comes in to place the request of bbq sauce as the base, and his response was “IF the order comes in, he will”. Lo and behold I received my pizza an hour later with marinara as the base that I tipped over 25% on.
