Wasn’t terrible. But wasn’t great. I waited at the front of the store so long just to place an order that I almost left before ordering. The issue was lack of management oversight and/or staffing. While you could see 4-5 staff in the kitchen (some wearing masks. Some not wearing masks), there was only one person staffed at the massive counter — taking care of large take out orders as well as ringing in the next customer(s). The overall feel was very casual — but not seemingly purposeful. I ordered a single sandwich to go and waited nearby for the completion — giving me a birds eye view of the processes and next orders taken — consistently nonchalant. At the present rate of rapid growth in Spring Hill coupled with new eateries opening almost weekly — a major brand like this one will need to tighten up processes or run the risk of getting an unfavorable reputation in town. There is a problem with carry out here. We have let months go by since last screwed up carry out order, and then again, and again, and yet again, they leave half the order off. Call and speak to Cody, "manager", he cant answer simple questions as to where the rest of the order is. Dont know if its front of house or back of house but this place clearly can not get carry out orders correct.........if you are feeling lucky, order carry out here and by a lotto ticket on the way home. Went in today and was still not happy with the service, checked my order in front of the staff and notice I am missing two bowls of soup. I say something to the clerk and get "That sounds about right, let me get those for you."
Where is the QA? It's not that hard to confirm 5 things ordered, 5 things in the bag. Today is the last straw with this location. I ordered 4 bowls of soup. Every, single, one of them was filled up halfway instead of to the top. Either I got 4 CUPS of soup or they've updated their portion size to ridiculously small for $6.
