I placed a custom order over the phone and was told it was no problem and a simple order. When I went to pickup my order they told me that they didn't complete the order let alone even start it. This store is above and beyond amazing. Their customer service is spectacular and I would highly recommend all of their products and services. The bakery went above and beyond for me, thanks to everyone but especially Andrea, she is a gem. I’ll definitely be using you for my cake and party desserts for future events.
