I have been a regular drive thru customer (2-4 times weekly) 1-2 years or more. On Wed (11/9) I was charged approx 70 cents more than I had been charged on Mon of the same week. I was told it was an increase on the sweetener. Seemed a little high, but I wanted my tea and needed to get to a class at church. I had the regular cost ready to pay, but was a little short, so I used my charge card. I didn't get a receipt, so that night I checked on line and found I was charged approx 25 to 30 cents more than I had been told. I had not stopped again until Thurs 11/17 when I went inside and ordered my tea and was told the cost was what I had been paying for a while. Thus I am pleased to find the costing is similar to previously, not $1.00 more that I had been charged on 11/9. On 11/17 those working were very courteous and pleasant as usual, but they of course were unable to explain the additional overcharge on my card. I will go back next week and will see how the pricing at the drive thru goes. I will try to not use my card. I understand price increases, but the credit card shouldn't have a higher price. I have enjoyed the service at this location and prefer to shop here. We have 3 Caribou shops in our immediate area and prefer to continue to shop at...

Read moreLet me start by saying that I might just be Caribou Coffee’s number one fan. The coffee was, as always, absolutely delicious. That moosed iced americano or cold brew (almost....) never let me down!
However, my recent visit to this particular location was a mixed bag. While the coffee lived up to its usual high standards, the service left something to be desired. The staff at the counter were friendly, but there was a noticeable lack of engagement. I stood at the counter for a while without anyone making eye contact or acknowledging my presence, which felt a bit off.
Additionally, the ambiance at this location wasn’t quite what I’m used to. The music was incredibly loud, to the point where it felt more like a concert than a coffee shop. Most people come to Caribou to relax, work, or catch up with friends, not to struggle with drowning out background noise. I found myself needing to use earbuds just to make the experience bearable.
Despite these hiccups, I’m still a huge fan of Caribou Coffee, and I’m willing to give this location another shot in the future. If things improve, I’ll definitely update my review. For now, if you’re looking for a quiet spot to enjoy your coffee, you might want to consider...
