La Michoacana Rose — Restaurant in Spring Lake Park

First, my niece and I was so excited to go here on our icecream date!! We were greeted immediately and our order was taken! I ordered the dortioloco, small icecream cup ( 2 scoops and 2 different flavors) the pineapple coconut, simple amazing!!

My niece got the bubble gum cream on a stick!!

I was surprised that our bill came up to 20.00 for 3 items. But the line had started to form and we had to rush out.. Not until I reviewed my online receipt I noticed the mistake! I was charged for 2 doritiolocos instead of 1. I will be calling and or visiting them tomorrow. I will write an update!

****UPDATE I went immediately after work, explained my issue, showed my receipt and was refunded with an apology. The cashier went as far as refunding both doritolocos.. As I have stated above the food we had was simply amazing and now I can ads excellent customer service.. Our family will definitely be back...

Today I bought a pineapple water based drink made from “fresh fruit drink” I was super excited be cause who doesn’t love visiting Las Mitchuacana’s.

Well to my surprised the drink was rotten🤢 I took a Big Gulp🤮 almost made me vomit 🤮

I took it back and the Mexican lady explained that in the morning when she checked it, it was just fine🤦🏽‍♂️

She was kind enough to refund my money back although that’s not what I was looking for. I was hoping she would exchange it for something else.

This won’t stop me from visiting other Mitchuacana’s We all make mistakes but they really need to make sure they are on top of this product because people have had food poisoning and there’s been lawsuits and food administrations have been involved.

Hopefully this won’t discourage customers. It’s unfortunate that this is the way we learn from...

I was there yesterday I ordered 4 small ice creams and 2 ice cream bars and so she got the bars out before the ice creams and she started serving the ice creams but ran out od it and had to go get another bucket as she was taking long the bars started to melt and we asked if we could get diferent ones at the end and she replied no, we can't take them back.
