I had read a previous review that someone’s cake was never made. I definitely didn’t think this would ever happened to me but it did! I had placed an order a cake for my kids’ birthday party and as I had picked up my order around 2pm as my party starts at 3pm, I was informed that the cake was never made. The lady said, no order was taken or it was lost. I had put my order in my order Tuesday for pick up on Sunday. I even showed her my phone call history that I had talked to someone there and placed an order. She talked with her fellow employees and states they can make in about 1 to 2 hours. My party starts in 30 min. and couldn’t wait for 2 hours. I was upset and bought a premade cake with no choice. Cake was not bad, but the cake did not feed some of my guest. Definitely...

Tucked away in the corner I was off to get some things done by Northtown and saw these guys. I honestly don't know how they do it or who their clientele is because their bread is amazing! Second time here and I've brought goodies back for my co-workers and they are in love. Some times in the afternoon is when most of it is baked but coming in tonight most items were still very fresh. They have a small grocery selection as well as their cakes and tres leches which is a little sweet and don't worry about the extra liquid that's the leches I found out later. I'd recommend this little bakery shop any day, which they were more visible for what they were selling. I wouldn't have known unless I drove by! I visited the day before Easter, in search of Easter Bread. I was not disappointed! Easter treats in all forms of breads. Tamales are available Saturday and Sunday. Those are exceptional. If you miss getting them, you can order them for the next weekend. The Easter breads are not exceptionally sweet but the flavor is something that I remember as a kid growing up in an Italian household. My Mom baked for days before Easter and it all was devoured by Monday. Easter breads are a tasty treat with coffee or just for breakfast. So lovely toasted with butter. Fantastic untoasted too.
