UPDATE The fact that this restaurant is trying to convince a critical care nurse that food poisoning happens “immediately” and so it clearly couldn’t have been from their chicken should tell you all you need to know about their lack of health knowledge and bacteria/germ theory. This is how you know a sanitary score does not equate to how a place is actually run once the food safety inspector leaves. Please reference the CDC (or any medical system information) to learn that food poisoning appears within a few hours (typically 4-6) and up to a few weeks later. The chicken burrito was the only meal that was consumed that day that had meat product in it, especially a meat product that is highly prone to causing food borne illness. The attempt at passing the buck and saying it was the customers fault to avoid any sort of accountability is just another scratch against this business. Do yourself a favor and go read all of this businesses responses to their 1 star reviews. Nothing but snotty, sarcastic, disrespectful responses with no accountability. No wonder they only have 300 reviews despite being right next to a military base with thousands of hungry workers. The owner is going to run this place right into the ground.

Had a chicken burrito today and wound up extremely sick vomiting and diarrhea with food poisoning a few hours later. Tried to call the restaurant to let them know that there was bacteria contamination in the food but no phone ring, and no mailbox set up to leave a message. Their sanitary rating is 100 but once the food safety inspector leaves, clearly those sanitary practices are...

Horrible bad disrespectful unprofessional service me and my family went to eat here spend about more than $50 dollars. In the beginning when ordering we ask the lady at the cashier questions of the food all she would say look at the menu in rude manner . That was not the problem when we ordered we specified no onions on all three orders. Orders come out my brother tacos have onions I go up to the cashier and tell her it has onions she goes and talks to the cook, comes back and tells me it’s lettuce cut up really small that why they look like onions . Mind you my brother is allergic reaction onions. So we can smell and tell what onions look like. So short story short cook comes out and tells us to pick them out instead of remaking them. We go back and fourth we end up leaving his name is Luis the cook they don’t even own the place . Didn’t want to give me the number to the owner of the place so i can file a complaint. That’s bad business right there. Then at the end he wanted to remake them with an attitude just imagine what he would have done to those tacos if he remade them you be the judge. Do yourself a favor don’t waste your money there at the cheap place...

I don't ever do reviews but for this one, I had to. I was excited to see that something new opened up nearby. I've never had an awful burrito....until today. Tried some of my sister's and it was awful as well. We had to spit out most of the meat because they didn't cut off the bad parts. It was like chewing on rubber band pieces. We paid over $18 for 2 small burritos that were half full and poorly wrapped. No sides included. The ingredients fell out and the burrito opened up before I even picked it up. There was a weird broth-like sauce that filled up most of the burrito. That was not one of the ingredients listed on the menu..Needless to say, we've been fighting over the restroom ever since we left as well. They advertise as bring "authentic" but it's just an excuse to cover up "poorly made". Also, you pick up your own food at the counter. Which is fine...if they actually called your order. The food just stayed on the counter until we asked if that was ours. Not eating here again. Save your money. Even Taco Bell has...
