My husband and I arrived here for a little lunch date, the staff always welcome you with a friendly smile, and this is something that had always been consistent, which is the friendly staff. We were sat down at our tables and unfortunately it got a little wonky, but it wasn't entirely too bad. Our waitress seem new? I am only assuming so, considering she did not seem too confident when taking our orders, and she wasn't too diligent on checking us. Our food arrived in roughly 15 minutes or so, which is a pretty average wait time. Except my order came in as a bland, almost watered out patty burger, are burgers suppose to be so bland and lacking in salt? It had no sauce on top (and I had to add ketchup thinking it's whatever) and I was pretty confused considering I ordered a BBQ triple instead received a bland patty with lettuce pickles and onions and so forth. Of course I figured maybe I read the menu wrong and I received exactly what I received. So trying not to be picky I took a bite, of course that did not work out. Later on our server came by to check on us, she barely stood near our table (I had to turn my head slight back, I feel servers should at least stand in front of your table or wait to fully hear what you had to say) and instead seem somewhat eager to just bolt back, until of course I addressed the burger issue. She took the plate back, asked me what was wrong with it and if I would like to place a different order, and me being plain Jane, I requested for the same burger and gave her my burger synopsis (yes I love my burgers.) Later on I was approached by who I may assume to be the manager. She kindly ask me what were the issues with the burger and we exchange words, I repeat the usual, bland no salt, tastes kind of watered out. She returns to the kitchen, soon after she returned once more to make final sure on what kind of burger I am requesting for, it turns out she may have realized I had unknowingly received the wrong burger, so that issue is finally resolved. I'm very impressed by the service provided when issues come up in regards to the food, she made me feel very comfortable and asked all of the necessary questions. While waiting, our server arrived to the table to get refills, which is great, the more you wait the more you drink! Later on I finally received the burger and yes it tastes exactly right! While I was about 5 minutes or so into eating my burger, our initial server came by with a plate that had a burger/fries on it, it seem like it was for me? Although the burger she had, has sauce but looks completely different compared to what I was eating. She realize the error and turned back around. Upon noticing this it makes me wonder if there was a communication issue in the kitchen? And it also made me wonder if the entire issue fell down to the waitress maybe serving the food when it wasn't complete yet? I am uncertain as to why there was a hiccup during our lunch, but in the end everything was resolved, the staff is still friendly and said good bye as we left. All is well! But the waitress was rather questionable and as someone who had years of experience as a waitress herself, I try not to be a jerk about it. My husband and I don't eat out frequently, but, we might return once in...
Read moreMy husband and I have always loved Ruby Tuesdays. We were very sad when a lot of the locations closed. And then on March 28th, we were excited to find that we were close to a Ruby Tuesdays that was open, and since we've been traveling all day, we needed a place to stop for dinner, so naturally we chose the Ruby Tuesdays. It took quite a bit of time to get a server. But we felt like perhaps they were shorthanded. My husband ordered a glass of white wine, and I ordered a glass of sparkling wine, which was prominently advertised on the menu. But after 10 minutes, neither the drinks nor the waitress appeared. I went in search of her and found her standing at the bar. I asked about our drinka and she said she was working on it. A few minutes later, my husband's wine came, but it was room temperature. Instead of sparkling wine, I was brought a glass of red wine. I informed the waitress that I had not ordered red wine but sparkling wine. She said that was the only wine they had by that brand. She did not seem to understand the difference, so she took the red one back and said she'd check it out. We waited another 10 minutes, and then my husband took his hot wine to the bar to ask about the problems with the drinks. The woman at the bar told him that they didn't have enough room in the cooler for wine to keep it cold and that they've never had any sparkling wine despite the fact that it was on the menu. Then she asked him if he'd like some ice for his wine. The waitress still had not returned, so I went once again to find her. I found her in another section of the restaurant. I asked her to come to our table. When she did, I asked to speak to the manager. Shortly thereafter, a young woman came to our table, who was extremely curt and said she was the manager. We explained what had transpired. She asked, "So, what do you want?" We had ordered some entrees with the salad bar as a side. But considering what was going on we were not comfortable with the idea of food at this restaurant so we told the her to cancel our order and we would just pay for the side salad. She Informed us that if we didn't have an entree, we would not receive the side salad charge, and we would be charged full price for 2 small plates of salad. After we objected, she said she'd get our bill. We asked if she intended to charge us for two full salad bars. And she said no, so we asked what she was going to charge, and she refused to tell us and went to get the waitress to bring us our ticket. In all fairness, she only charged us the side salad price for the two. I don't think I've ever given a one-star review. I can always find something positive to say about any less than great experience.but there wasn't any place else to go with this. I'm truly sorry. We were deeply disappointed because we loved Ruby Tuesdays. But I don't know that we'll ever go back if we...

As a server myself i feel like this review is fair. It was this guy and apparently it was his first day, we were a little nervous me and my family of 4, i had asked if they served an almond palmer which is half lemonade and sweet tea, he said it was his first day and that he wasnât sure so instead i asked for a sweet tea he didnât know if that was in stock either. We were seated with no silverware, no straws, no napkins nothing. No big deal. I walked up and asked another server if i could take the silverware out of that bucket they said sure, few minutes later with the drinks out, again i asked another server some straws but our server was for sure, no where to be seen. When we were ordering our food he took no attempt to try to write down our order, if you have good memory congrats to you. He was not one of them. Kept repeating the same thing over and over again with the same 3 items. Then the food took 20 minutes to come out which was fine for us as we had ordered a ribeye, salmon, and pasta. My salmon was burned, ribeye was well done (we were not asked about temp) the only good thing we had tonight was the cajun pasta. I walked up to our server and reasonably asked for a couple lemons for my salmon and napkins , we were given one as he needed to get more and was just standing there folding the napkins. I went to the bathroom, came out still with no lemons itâs been about another 20 minutes with no lemons, nobody checking up asking why i hadnât even TOUCHED my salmon. So reasonably me being fed up I walked over to the bar were a server was ringing in her order on the POS. âExcuse me maâam, i know youâre not our server or anything but i was wondering if i could get some lemons when youâre finishedâ is what i had said. The girl turned around and said in the rudest tone iâve ever heard from a serving position âokay but you have to understand that weâre really busyâ and walked away from me and cursing out stuff to me and i didnât say anything else mind you, the restaurant is almost dead. I then again wait another 20 minutes for my 3 slices of lemon. Paid and left without another word, never heard such disrespect from a person working in a job where tipping is so important to the person. 10/10 would not recommend. They have rude staff, untrained workers, and burned food. Props to this one guy that worked that night our host he was amazing and trying to be understanding that we needed stuff and it wasnât provided to us wish i couldâve gotten his name. Management needs to be changed and completely new servers, at this rate itâs shutting down by the...
