I keep receiving Army City circulars in my mailbox about their food. So being in the mood for a steak sandwich I decided to visit. FLAT OUT A DISAPPOINTMENT!! Look at the pic.. this is a puny dirt bag E-1 private sandwich. A sandwich that will never graduate BCT. Army City ?? What army? Certainly not the US Army! This is a Steak sandwich..NO CHEESE no lettuce no tomato ..simple! Cost:: $13 +(tx) literally $15.00 No chips No drink No cookie!! As a side note I was in Philadelphia 3 weeks ago and at the 'airport' in Philly I bought a 12" sub for $13.62....in PHILLY!! At the airport!! Flughafen!!! Man c'mon dog!! Now to be fair....Charleys on post charges about $15 for a large steak but they actually give you some meat on your sandwich not slivers of flesh deployed to 'pretend' to bulk up a sandwich. **Now this is of NO fault to the EMPLOYEES of either Army City location...this pricing scheme all falls on greedy proprietors that do not care that this is Fayetteville NC not Washington DC!! There is always the message to support locally owned businesses yet these same businesses over charge customers all the freakin time and people wonder why no one wants to tip the workers!! The establishment has depleted all the available currency the customer had. Picture this::: So with my given scenario (2) ppl come to Army City for a steak sandwich...we both order footlongs and even without cheese it literally costs us::: Almost $30.00 for just 2 grinders No chips No drink No cookie No fries !!!! Army City needs to provide a better value for customers in Bragg area...You must do better Fayetteville is not a metropolis where these prices are warranted despite the population. Please take heed. #1 - Food is ALWAYS delicious here whether it's delivered, takeout, or dine in. (It all reheats well in the oven if the drive is long.)
#2- THEY ARE FAST, LIKE 15-20 MINUTES FAST AND THE DRIVE THROUGH IS SO CONVENIENT.
#3- Customer service here is AMAZING. They're so friendly and hospitable. I never had an order wrong or lacking in quality.
#4- They cater!! And they serve coffee!
Army City is the only acceptable mail food flyer that gets jammed in your door. For that, I am thankful. My family has been repeat customers on/off for about 7 years. We mostly ordered delivery because we discovered them from their flyer being the first thing to greet us when we moved to Bragg. We continued to mainly order delivery after the relocation of Bragg Blvd & I just saved their phone number. Recently, I started calling ahead and ordering picking up during errands. So many more benefits and I feel regret that I haven't dined in or used their drive through more frequently! The staff members are so friendly and provide a welcoming environment! I caught a craving for konafa; a cheese filled pastry dessert, and asked Huda (one of the staff) if it was possible to make it. (I actually didn't even realized they catered, but I was too excited and placed the order.) With only 1 day of notice, the Army City Spring Lake staff made me 2 whole tins of absolutely deliciously THICK konafa. Ranna, delivered it out to my car straight from the oven and said their head chef Mena prepared it and everyone was excited for us to try it.

Read moreMy boyfriend and I ordered here for the first time. I ordered Mild wings thinking they came with mild sauce ( maybe that’s only a NY thing). I opened the box up and saw no sauce so I called back. The lady who answered was very nice and told me that they’d send me some medium sauce since I didn’t know mild wings had no sauce. She said it’d be a few mins, and 30 mins later, nothing. So I called back and asked if someone was coming. She reassured me they were so I’ve been patiently waiting. As I’m writing this, it has been almost an hour and a half and still NO sauce. Our wings are cold and not fresh now. Only giving 3 stars because the rest of the food we got was good but they need to work on their delivery and customer service....
