Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Lake

We ordered 1 pizza and were told the wait was 8 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes after calling and it still wasn't done. Ok whatever things happen...it gets busy...so we sat and waited inside. Everyone calling and coming in kept getting told 8 minutes. Not 1 person got their pizza in 8 minutes so I'm not sure why they keep saying that. 45 minutes later...still waiting. I was patient that day so I Just waited and let the other customers do their own yelling. At one point when asked where the pizza was, a male employee says I honestly don't know what happened to the pizzas. Boy...you're in the back making them, what kind of an answer is that. The whole place is like 200 sq ft, follow your nose, you'll find it. You can't lose the pizzas when your behind is sliding past the ovens with how small it is in there. The manager comes to "rectify" the situation. Surprise! She found where the pizza went and gave some free crazy bread for the inconvenience. Then goes to the back. I suggest you whisper back there because you can literally hear everything you say. We all heard you tell that male employee to stop eating all the pepperoni pizzas lol....now we know why it takes so long...because you're eating our orders in the back.... Damn just say the pizza will be done 20 minutes or something and make an extra one for yourself.... because you know damn well it's not going to be ready in 8. I agree with a few of these reviews. We don’t go often but EVERY time we go, which is always the drive thru, we end up having to park and wait 20 minutes for our pizza. We never order more than 2. We’re always told it will be 5-8 minutes. Drive thru service is there and meant to be faster at any given restaurant. It’s there for convenience. The drive through is neither fast nor convenient. Not all the staff is friendly. I get the same girl every time I go through drive though and she’s never pleasant. So for the literal very rare occasion we go here we always leave disappointed. “Hot-N-Ready” is never the case at this location. I would not recommend it to anyone. For them to be located right on the side of one of the busier streets in the spring lake area they should be more prepared. Made a complaint to the manager and he recommended I get on the app and order ahead of time so I can pull up and come in to their “self service” area where I don’t even have to speak to anyone. One thing I love about Little Caesars is that its fast. The pizza is always hot. But the young people that they hire are not ready work. I pulled into the driveway to young ladies are in the driveway window but never turned around to acknowledge me one even turned her back and started going on her cell phone. I sat for 7 min. Once I realized that they're not going to turn around and acknowledge me I started my timer.I had to pull my car around and go inside to order my pizza. I wanted to add mushrooms to my pizza and the young lady at the cash register didn't even know how to add it. Do better with hiring young people who want to work...
