Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Lake

Just moved here so this is my 2nd time ordering at this location!! The first time I ordered my experience was a really good one, but this second time around there was a miscommunication or maybe a oversight I got a text to my cell phone from the mobile app saying that Christopher was on the way (so I’m waiting for Christopher for a minute) I finally went to check my tracker on my Domino’s app and it said that it had been delivered so I called the store to explain what was going on I spoke with a lady ( I don’t remember her name) but she said that “I had forgot to put my apt number on my order and that her driver tried calling me but that I had a different number than the one I was calling her from” I told her that my address information was on my order and that my phone number was correct and that I had received a text telling me that her driver Christopher was on the way with my order the same number that I’m calling her from but she continued to go back and forth with me about me being wrong until finally I just gave in and thanked her!!! She did some how saw the need to point out that I wasn’t her driver only delivery and that he will get to me when he can!! so why she mention that I don’t know cause I wasn’t being confrontational !! But I did finally get my pizza but it was cold and partially burnt also smelled burnt!! But we still tipped!! I ordered online and when I got there to pick it up, the a girl said she didn't have any carry ots. One of the delivery drivers found out they were un the oven. As I was waiting a pizza fell out of the oven, the girl that was taking out the pizzas , went in back. The other lady who was making the pizzas, walked by the oven and seen the fallen pizza, then she proceeds to get the other pizza coming out. The girl comes out from the back washes her hands then looks down at the pizza that fell. The other lady who was making the pizza asked the girl what pizza it was so she could remake it. The other girl didn't say anything to her. Mean while I'm still sitting there waiting, no one had the courtesy to say anything to me. Which was rude, and while I was waiting my 1st pizza is just sitting on the shelf in the box. Finally my 2 ND pizza comes out a guy cuts it and puts it in a box, the girl hands him my 1st pizza and the 2nd one. He said they were ready. Smh this is the worse customer service ever. I will not being going back there again. I guess if I want domino's pizza I'll go to the one on...

I spent over $60 on my order and it was wrong. I told the driver before he left my house that it was wrong.what he told me was quickly called a store and report that the order was wrong which I did not even three minutes after he got into a car. What's a called the store they told me no problem they will remake my full order and send it to me no problem they told me they just said it would be 45 minutes to an hour okay.I waited and it was over an hour over at reasonable time to make pizza, soIso call them back at almost a two-hour mark and was like yes this is my order they see my order they see my thing nobody has replaced my order nobody...
