My first review for Pizza Hut, with that being said I’ve ordered from this location on several times. Being I live no more than 5 mins away. But this is the first time I’ve seen this “manager” at this location. My order was wrong, he notified me as I got there. Stating he knew his staff made the pizzas wrong by switching the toppings. Right off the bat if you knew your staff made it wrong why would you wait for me to arrive and then tell me and ask me what should I do. Make it make sense. I’m an experienced GM in the restaurant industry. You should have had it made asap when you noticed it wrong. Not for the customer to come in and then notify them and ask if I still wanted the pizza or if I was willing to wait another 30-45 mins. The worst part is when I got him the pizzas weren’t even warm. Like they weren’t freshly made. I had made a few efforts to call to notify them I wanted a new pizza and have it made and I’ll be down to exchange them. But to no avail. No answer. My family hungry and irritated they decided to say fuct it and eat what was edible. In the picture you can see the crust was even still white for gods sake! Supposed to be original pan but turned out thin crust. Some parts of the pizza were thicker than the rest while most of the pizza was super thin. Flat as paper. As you can see in the photo. Even the meat weren’t all cooked throughly. Extremely disappointing. This so called “manager” was truly in-empathic, unhinged, and worst unhygienic. Looking like he’s going on day 3 of no shower. Pretty much the last time I’m going to that Pizza Hut. On Fort Apache and sunset...
Read moreOrdered pizza for a 5:15 pick up. My husband gets there to pick it up and the delivery driver took the wrong order, so they remake it. He gets it 15 mins later, no harm, no foul. We got home and the pizza is so greasy and disgusting that it is pretty much just falling apart and my kids won't even eat it. Trust me, that's saying a lot of how gross it was when my kids won't eat a cheese pizza. Called and talked to the manager Kenny and asked if we could have it delivered since they messed up twice. He said there's no way they could do that, it's for carry out only. I asked then if we could get another pizza for free since they messed up our order twice and my husband now has to drive all the way over there AGAIN due to their mistake. He said no, and offered us cheese sticks. I said we already ordered cheese sticks and we don't need anymore but an extra pizza would be nice. He offered me Wings and we don't eat wings, so I said a plain cheese pizza is about the same price so why cant we get something like that that we can actually eat because it's an hour of waiting now to eat some food due to their mess ups. All he would offer is to remake it. So my husband's going to pick it up now, but I'm hesitant to eat it because who knows what they've done to it now that I pissed them off, and the quality was so poor to begin with. I have ordered here many times, but I won't be back. Ridiculous that they can't offer a better customer service. Especially when I order there frequently. I can see from past reviews that this is a...
Read moreI didn't think I could be disappointed in a pizza hut- I mean, I don't expect it to be that great. But wow- they really outdid (under did?) themselves this time. This location has to be the worst in town (maybe in the country). How do you achieve a one star rating on yelp? That's a super special talent. They not only delivered me a raw pizza with no toppings but they didn't answer their phone when I called to tell them this. I was on hold for 20 minutes and only when I hung up and called back and pressed 2 for "place a new order" was I answered (shocker that they don't want to fix problems but are willing to take more money). The rude manager kept putting me on hold in the middle of my sentence- like over 15 times. I couldn't even get a word in and he never was able to hear what was wrong because he was just being so rude and dismissive. I called corporate and they gave me a fake apology but no resolution until they "look into it" which is insane because now I have a raw pizza I can't eat and I'm Out $20 and this place with more bad reviews then I've ever seen in my life is still open and taking orders. These are franchises to my knowledge and everyone who owns one should be furious with this location because I won't (and many others won't) risk ordering from any Pizza Hut again given that corporate doesn't even help if there's a problem. Wake up and hold these guys accountable- they are affecting the business of everyone who owns a Pizza Hut and they don't care and clearly neither...
