Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This new Roundtable pizza location has a modern look compared to a couple of the older locations in town. As always with Roundtable, they are one of the only pizza chains where you can dine in at the restaurant, which is neat! The interior of the restaurant is clean, spacious, and has a decent size dining room with a variety of seating arrangements whether it’s for 2 people, 4 people, or a group for 6-8 people.

This Roundtable is behind a gas station so it can be easy to miss driving by during the day. There is only a little bit of parking spaces at the front of the restaurant, but there is still plenty of parking further away in the heart of the strip mall there.

We got 2 large pizzas which are $19.99 each, but the cashier found some deals/coupon for us and it knocked down the price to $12.99 for each pizza, so that was good! The pizzas were good and for a group of 4, there was still some leftover pizza to take home. We got fountain drinks while we were dining in there which were $2.69 each. We also got a 6 piece garlic parmesan twists which came out to $8.49 and were surprisingly good. The twists had a nice and not overpowering garlic flavor while also having a soft but pleasant chew to it, these breadsticks weren’t those dry ones you get at other chain pizza places. So in total it came out to $49 after tax.

The staff is nice and attentive, but I will say the service was a bit slow to get our food. They told us it would take 15 minutes for the food to be done but it felt a little longer, and when other people were waiting for their food it felt like they were also waiting a bit longer than expected. I had an extremely disappointing experience today (October 31st) at the Round Table Pizza on Fort Apache in Las Vegas. I’ve been a loyal customer since childhood, but this experience was completely unacceptable.

I placed an order online using my own card and sent my significant other to pick it up. Upon arrival, they were told my ID and the card used for payment were required due to “fraud concerns.” The manager, Cierra, claimed this policy was listed on the website and at checkout. After reviewing the website, checkout page, and my invoice (Invoice #36055748), there was absolutely no mention of any such requirement.

Despite explaining this, the manager refused to release the order and even suggested I send a photo of my ID and card — which is unsafe and unreasonable. I ultimately canceled the order.

If this is a real policy, it should be clearly displayed on your website and checkout page. The manager’s (Cierra) lack of professionalism and inability to explain company policy was unacceptable.

As an African American customer, I truly feel this situation was racially motivated. I don’t believe my significant other would’ve been denied the order if I were of a different race. The entire encounter left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.

I won’t be returning to this location and will be sharing this experience so others are aware. I sincerely hope Round Table Pizza takes this seriously and improves its training and customer...

I had a great experience at Round Table Pizza on Fort Apache! I placed a to-go order, and everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. The staff member, Arqualle F., took my order and was friendly and attentive, making sure all the details were correct.

I ordered two personal pizzas—one Chicken & Garlic Gourmet with artichoke hearts and one King Arthur’s Supreme with some custom changes. Both pizzas came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered them. I also grabbed some dipping sauces (creamy ranch and zesty red), which were a perfect addition.

The food quality was excellent, and the flavors were spot-on. I also appreciated how quickly my order was ready and how neatly everything was packed for takeout.
