Around 8:58 or so we drove through and ordered some food and 2 drinks. (I wanted a red cherry slushie, which was advertised on their sign but they apparently didn't carry at all) Anyway, The lady told us the straws were in the bag, but we realized there was only one straw after we drove away. At about 9:02 we drove back through to get our other straw directly after the last car was driving away from the window. They closed at 9. We sat there for a few minutes trying to wave them down. Then we honked, to be ignored. Then we called them just to listen to a conversation between a couple workers debating whether or not to open the window to give us one dang spoon or straw for my slushie. They said they couldn't, so we drove by McDonald's because we thought they might be nice enough to give us one, but there was a ton of people in the drive through (gee, I wonder why). Anyway, we've given our experience 1 star because BK has failed to fully complete our order and ignored us. We're sorry you can't open the window after closing, but you'd think to give someone who'd already ordered a drink before you closed one little straw wouldn't be that big of a deal. I've lost count how many times they have gotten my order wrong and when confronted instead of doing what they can to make it right they give you attitude as if the customer screwed up and placed the wrong order. Maybe if staff didn't walk around all day with air pods in their ears listening to God knows what they would actually take accurate orders.
I'm not sure if Tom Walsh is still the owner and if he reads these reviews but he needs to audit the store and get the management there in order as employees are led by example and I've seen nothing but poor leadership displayed.
I just visited the store again today 10/29/23 and once again the order taker took the wrong order and when confronted the morning manager gave attitude before finally correcting the order. The place I typically go to for breakfast had a long line and I was in a time crunch so I stopped at this BK location instead to save time. The person taking my order was very impatient and rude, when I was done ordering my 2 items, I wasn't sure they had heard me as they said nothing and had nothing up on the screen so I repeated myself and was met with pure attitude. Once I finally got up to the window, the girl with blueish curly hair shoved my change, food, and drink at me while saying "here" in a very rude tone, then slammed the windows and walked away. My order wasn't not even correct, but I just drove away cause she was clearly having a bad day - not an excuse to take it out on customers though! Fix your attitude.
