Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Springdale Township

I have always loved Pizza Hut pizza, that is until we purchased a pizza from the new Pizza Hut off 85th street. I called in our order at 5:50 pm. I wanted a medium stuffed crust supreme pizza, but was told they only make large....I asked how much that would be, and the young man replied about 20 some dollars. I said ok, he said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We were in the area so just stopped at the store and waited. My husband and I walked in and sat and waited. The store was filthy! The workers did not have hair nets on nor rubber gloves. They were putting ingredients on pizzas with their bare hands. I witnessed one man rub his hand against his hair and never walked over to the washing station to wash his hands! DISGUSTING!!!! So many people walking in to pick up orders and they were not ready. We witnessed an employee use the restroom and he never washed his hands as he walked back into the kitchen and used the washing station. So he touched the door handle of the bathroom door without washing his hands!!!! WOW.....THIS PLACE DEFINITELY NEEDS SOME MANAGEMENT!!!! We watched one gentleman come in to pick up his pizza, he opened the box before he left and looked right at us and I quote " close enough to what I ordered"! He didn't even get what he ordered. We watched people come and go as our 20 minutes had passed and we were still waiting! My husband went to the counter and checked on our order...."it will be out soon, so sorry". We walked out of Pizza Hut at 6:40, 50 minutes later!!!!! When we got home and opened our pizza it was rubbery, cold, hardly any sauce on it, a few pieces of pork sausage, and some veggies (onions,peppers, mushrooms) looked like they had been deep fried! On their website states "ham, beef, pork sausage, Italian sausage, red onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and black olives are on the Supreme pizza. But when you actually go to their website to do an on-line order the ingredients are: pepperoni, seasoned pork, beef, mushrooms, green bell peppers, and red onions! So now I am really confused! WHAT ACTUALLY IS SUPPOSE TO COME ON A SUPREME PIZZA?????? Regardless we were missing ingredients!!! (We were missing ham or pepperoni, beef, italian sausage, and black olives) pretty much half of the ingredients that are suppose to be on the kind of pizza we ordered, but still paid FULL PRICE which was $ 20.41 for the most ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN IN MY LIFE!!!!!!! With customer service like this you won't keep your doors open long! I had to give you one star rating because I could not give you zero or I would of!!!!!! Your management team needs to be fired and new management brought in that makes the employees follow inspection code!!!! Because someone is going to get sick!!!!! I will NEVER EVER patronize this business again! I actually don't think I would patronize ANY Pizza Hut again!!!! You literally left a EXTREMELY HORRIBLE TASTE IN...

This was the worst experience at a restaurant in my life. I ordered two pizzas and cheesesticks online for carry-out. I was told it would take 25 minutes. My pizzas were almost ready when I arrived but my cheesesticks hadn't been started. I waited for 45 minutes to receive them. My order was wrong too. I ordered a pan pizza with pineapple and pepperoni and the pineapple was left off. I ordered extra cheese on the other pizza and parts of it didn't have any cheese on it. My pizzas sat in an OPEN warmer for almost 45 minutes and were cold by the time I made it home. I was able to see a worker filling other peoples' orders while I waited for mine. She was throwing chicken wings from the oven pan to the takeout box. Some missed and fell onto the counter and she used her BARE hands to pick them up. I saw her touch food with her bare hands multiple times. One man came in to pick up his moneyclip that he left behind when he picked up his carry out order earlier in the evening. The workers had placed it in the safe and he was told only the manager to get it for him. He was there 30 minutes when I left and he was yet to receive his clip. They ran out of stuffed crust and hand-tossed as I waited. The exact quote a worker used was, "We are out of stuffed crust, we're out of hand-tossed, we're out of everything." Cold food, the wrong order, and watching about 20 people get their orders...

This place needs a serious management overhaul!! A couple weeks ago they told me my order would take 40 mins and it took and EXTRA hour and a half!!! Then my pizza was barely warm. First, they wanted to credit me $4. And I felt that was not sufficient. I was transferred to there supervisor which ended up being a call center in another state. They hung up on me or we were confidently disconnect after I explain the situation. I called the store back and they offered to bring me new pizzas, as if I wanted to wait another 2 hours, or credit me the amount of my order. I took the credit and they said it would be good for 30 days. I call today and guess what? No credit on my account. And because I could not tell them the name of who I spoke to I cannot get this credit. But she would do half my order now. This is complete BS and I knew this would happen. Supposedly, when she can get some contact info, I will be able to contact the guy who oversees several of the restaurants in the area as he is the next up from her. Because clearly, I would be so upset and make this up just for some free pizza. I will never order from here again and will make sure everyone knows how bad they suck.
