The drinks are consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks, and I appreciate the seasonal options they rotate throughout the year.

If I had to point out one thing, it’s that the drive-thru can get a little backed up during peak hours, but that’s just a sign of how popular this location has become.

My drink was made incorrectly. Which is no big deal so I came back. I ordered a total of 4 pumps because I can’t have much sugar. It was double the pumps that I asked for and I know this because I get the same drink every time I come to Starbucks. It had so many pumps it was orange instead of a light brown like it usually is. I kindly went in and told them I think my order was made wrong and I hate being “that” person but I asked them if it was possible to remake my drink. They had attitude, didn’t look me in the eyes when speaking to me and made me really uncomfortable. Made comments on how it usually has a total of 8 pumps of syrup and maybe I had ordered it wrong online. I went through the drive through and specifically said only 3 pumps of vanilla and one pump pumpkin sauce. I paid over $9 to treat myself to a coffee and the service I received was inexcusable. Really disappointed in the staff this morning. Walked out feeling very uncomfortable and I don’t even want to drink my drink now because I feel like it was made out of spite. Mia took mine and my boyfriend's order today and made the 2 Carmel ribbon crunches with extra Carmel and extra crunchy topping at about 12pm and she was beyond amazing!
