Casey's — Restaurant in Springdale

I will never pump gas here ever again. I am typing this out for my mom. There was a very disrespectful cashier/clerk that treated my mother with no respect. My mom told the girl working there that she needed to pump 5$ on #13 and the girl had an attitude with her. When my mom handed her the money the girl snatched the money from her aggressively! My mom was shocked and she asked to see a manager but the girl refused to let her speak to the manager and started yelling at my mother. My mother does not speak english well at all so she didn't understand why she was getting aggressive with her . Her co worker joined in with her then proceeded to yell and shout at my mother telling her to get out. She was very confused and scared. I have no idea why they treated her this way. I really hope the store can investigate this and take action on the situation...

my friend’s mom went there today and was literally just trying to pump gas and the cashiers were so rude to her and treated her poorly! when she asked to speak to a manager, which is in all her right, the cashiers continued to be rude and ridiculed her and did not treat her with any respect. she could not defend herself because she does not speak English well, so it was such a horrible experience to say the least. She is asian, and I am worried this might have to do with the recent Asian-American hate crimes that have been happening, and as a minority I do not feel safe coming in there anymore. They need to discipline the cashiers there and workers and make sure nobody else gets treated in such horrible manner. Overall,...

Kinda getting tired of coming to this station due to the last several times I’ve been here I’ve went in to use the restroom and they’ve had signs up saying the restrooms are closed which is fine if there was something wrong with them but when I was in there tonight I clearly heard an employee say they were going to the bathroom and saw an employee enter the bathroom even though the signs were up saying they were closed!!!! If there isn’t anything wrong with the bathrooms then they should be open to everyone considering y’all are considered a convenient store and having a restroom for customer is supposed to be part of the convenience of y’all...
