I was searching for the perfect rug for my bedroom. Matt Abide was so patient with me as he helped me search for the exact thing I had in mind. He knew exactly what to show me, and helped me make a decision feeling confident in my choice. He was so knowledge, professional, and personable at the same time. Then today, Gary Abide and Major delivered the rug. They spread the rug in the garage, AFTER cleaning the floor, to measure it being sure it was the perfect size. They measured the bedroom floor placing tape on the floor. They took the adjustable king bed completely apart and measured the bed on the wall, fitting the rug perfectly under the bed. It was a big deal. The process took two hours! They also were very knowledgeable, professional, and personable making sure we got it just right! What I loved about both times we came in was that no one was pushing a sale nor breathing down our necks. I get so frustrated with that at furniture places at times, so we were super happy to just be able to browse and ask questions at our leisure. Everyone helping us was genuinely helpful and kind. They made great recommendations and pointed out excellent things to consider for our spaces we were trying to fill. This place is much bigger than it looks from the front. Great inventory! Everything seems to be such good quality, at a fair price. We purchased a coffee table from them and are enormously please with the quality, and again, the service we received. A great shopping experience. We checked out the website and called about 2 pieces prior to going since we are in Bentonville. After being able to sit on and measure both sectionals, we ultimately bought 1. They wrapped up all the pieces for us, and we brought it home. It took 2 trips for us, but we got it done. My only side comment is.. We were told that we were getting some alligator clips. Complimentary? We didn't receive them. No worries, though. We ordered some from Amazon, and they'll be here soon. I just wish that if you tell someone you are giving them, make sure it happens. It doesn't diminish my experience whatsoever, and I still absolutely...
