Was gonna charge us $400-500 for a fee to use our card. And it still would have been $100 more than advertised using cash. We went elsewhere, just felt like a scam. Got a couch and ottoman successfully for way less than would have been charged here. My husband overheard him on the phone saying he has too much inventory and can't take anymore.... Don't charge people a $400-500 random card fee that doesn't make sense and your inventory would go a lot faster. I only went here because of the good ratings which is weird because $400-500 extra would literally be enough for another new couch..... I would suggest shopping around first. The guy was nice and respectful though. But the amount for card charge was definitely OFFPUTTING and SKETCHY. Won't come back unless the card charge drops to like 7 or 8 bucks.

I did visit the store so you can try and deny all you want but the dude put a bunch of numbers into a calculator and he said it would be 400-500 extra to use our card. Kinda ridiculous how you can state we never visited when we literally went yesterday. Maybe call the guy who works there and ask him what happened. Check the cameras. Two people tattooed with a child. Was shown the very back room with all the inventory as well. Couches, tables, etc ... No ac.... But I didnt visit right? The blue chairs and white table in the very back no AC.. red couch on the bottom and one above in the inventory in the back as well? The reclining couch/sofa set we were gonna get for 2k as you walk in the door, look to the left and towards the cashier counter...but after everything it was gonna be 2,500? How is that transparent?

The point to my lengthy review is you have ripped off several people in Springdale and there is people coming forward saying you guys DO charge 400-500 to use a card and even with in house financing and go over agreed upon prices. So you can say what you want but you're doing sketchy business and now all of Springdale knows that. Have a good one, but I have been warning people about your place. You can say the "cameras are incorrect" all you want. But your place is shady for sure with random charges that don't make sense. Also not being able to pay over the phone is really weird too. If you can legitimately explain where the extra 400-500 comes in I will remove my review. But you are still basically saying im a liar when I'm not. Not gonna keep going back and forth with you. This place was awesome!!! Chris is AMAZING!!!! He greeted us as soon as we walked in. There was absolutely NO pressure, NO trying to upsell us to something we didn't want or need, just a very knowledgeable sales person who answered ours questions and showed us exactly what we asked for! We stopped this morning just to look and see what the prices were like. We left with absolutely everything we were looking for at an outstanding price!!
