Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Springdale

First time I ever had Franks was when I was 16 years old (2011) on my way to Texas on a High School Spanish trip. Being a kid from Minnesota.. I had no idea what Freddy's was, but within minutes I was in an oasis of frozen custard and crispy fries. The feeling of pure goodness in my mouth was like no other I had had in my 14 years of life. Everything about my first visit to a Freddy's was memorable: the never ending pool of frozen custard, the bright red everywhere, crispy fries in a basket, and that beautiful steakburger.

Well.. fast forward 6 years (2017) and I am now 21 years old and on a road trip with my parents to Springdale to visit my uncle over Memorial day weekend. I had never been to Arkansas and I knew nothing about the food cultural in the wonderful state. Sure enough my cousin invites me out for a ride one night and we hit the town up. We go pass by all the cool little attractions around the area and BAM! WHAT DO YOU KNOW. IT'S A FREDDY"S (this exact one im reviewing). I tell my cousin that we have to go. He says "what the heck. I've never seen or heard of this place". Sure enough I lose it and tell him "Dude. This place is a must. Lets go and i'll buy you the best burger you'll ever have". Sure enough my cousin orders the double steak burger and some custard while i order the single steak burger and TWO dishes of frozen custard.

Soon after the meal, my cousin then begs me to go back for a round two later that night because it was "actually really good!!". Moral of the story... I traveled 850 miles from Minnesota just to fall in love with some frozen custard again. I...

If this was any other Freddy's I would likely leave 5 stars. But this one in Springdale gets 1. I work a job where I'm constantly on the road, and in this particular area has a lack of easy to get to restrooms when I'm on a tight time frame. Today happened to be an unfortunate day when I needed a restroom ASAP. I'd stopped and eaten at this location before, and I remembered the restrooms being clean and thought it would be alright to stop in for a moment, it's not like I'd be there long and I sure wasn't going to just go in and wreck the restroom. I had no issues here, but upon passing through a second time that afternoon, having the same thought "I only have a few minutes now but it sounds good and smells wonderful, so I think I'll stop by for dinner after work, but a clean restroom would be nice now." I was on the phone, so I stayed by the van while my co-worker ran in to use the restroom. Upon leaving the restroom, a staff member decided it was appropriate to say "I hope this isn't becoming a habit." I did not realize that wanting a clean restroom was an issue, and I will remember to not visit this location in the future. Why would I give my money to someone who can't even politely say restrooms are for...

Consistently very slow and almost every time there is an issue with our order- made incorrectly and not included everything we order after waiting consistently 30 plus minutes and dealing with grumpy staff at the counter, only to finally get your order dig through the overstuffed bag and find- again- they left something out. Great, now you get to wait ten more minutes for them to complete the order! Consistently poor, slow service through drive thru or takeout. I blame myself for giving them so many chances. Today we waited one HOUR from time of mobile order to receive all of our food (I have no idea how it takes this long, it was not some insanely busy day, but a typical Sunday lunch crowd.
