US Pizza of Springdale — Restaurant in Springdale

While the pizza was quite good, the 13" is barely 12" (actually measured it), and for $18? well.

But the service? Our waitress was ice cold, and once we had our food, never really came back, seemed to busy chatting at the bar. Id have ordered another drink but we didn't come to just sit there staring at each other. A 13 inch thin crust pizza, it was gone pretty quick!

Sorry folks, there are far too many restaurants and pizza places around to tolerate that level of service.

Just before we left, a women came in with her young daughter. The lil girl sat at a table behind us. Our waitress said no, you can't sit there. She pointed at the table across from it, no she says. Like geeze lady, tell her which freaken table she can sit at!. So in frustration the lady asked if she could sit at the table beside us. "Sure, I guess that's ok". Id have walked out. I was pretty stoked to have a new pizza place in Springdale, so we tried US Pizza Co. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience. We ordered the 12 piece boneless chicken wings as an appetizer. Honestly, I don't think they even gave us 12, but if they did, they counted the tiny pieces at the bottom of the Tyson chicken pieces bag they emptied. Similarly, I felt like I needed to measure the 13" pizza we ordered. Super thin crispy cracker crust with an oily film on top. Honestly, it's the feeling you get after you spend 17 bucks on a pizza at an amusement park, except in this case all we got was the rip off and none of the amusement.

The place was well staffed, which is the only reason I didn't give it 1 star. Even with the 20 people in the kitchen, though, there was nobody on the floor to refill our drinks or offer me another beer. From the look of everyone eating around us, I can tell we weren't the only ones starting our nights off this way. 2...

I just tasted the Dave’s 13” and it was really good. Has a spicy kick and a crispy crust.

I don’t usually leave reviews anymore, but my reason in leaving this one is solely because of Jimmy. He took my carry out order and was patient as I like to look over the whole menu. Jimmy seems like he has a kind heart and isn’t just checking boxes or going through processes. He was helpful in giving suggestions and I am happy with what I ordered. He offered me a water as I waited and asked if I would like a lemon. None of these simple tasks on their own are worthy of praise, but it was how genuine he was in making me feel welcome, even if I was just there to get a pizza to go before driving an hour home. Jimmy’s pride in what he does was so noticeable, I am leaving this review before leaving the parking lot....
