Subway — Restaurant in Springdale

I stopped around 6 o'clock to get a sandwich from subway I was gonna get tea but the tea container was so nasty and so gross so i got some Dr Pepper another couple came in and she was gonna get some tea but it was so nasty she asked for the money back just for the Drink the 2 young Boys in there Was rude and disrespectful she wanted just the money for the drink return to her and they went into attack modeThey said they could not do that they asked for manager they said no they asked for the manager or the name they said I cannot give it to you they ask for the owner said nope I can't get that either they asked when the manager would be there they said no I will not tell you that and they asked for their names they said can't tell you that either they were really really mean And rudeThey were in attack mode I will never ever go there again The couple asked if I would call the manager and they said that the manager would call them tomorrow they'd leave their name and number I wouldn't leave my name and number with those 2 boys so they asked them just to forget about it's and leave them alone so they could Eat and they kept on attacking verbally and the couple told those 2 boys just leave Them alone just go away and let them eat. My husband and I stopped in to get a sample #10 and asked for shredded mozzarella instead of the American. We were not told there's is no shredded mozzarella just thick slices. Was never asked if we want it toasted so we then we asked for it to be heated up just to melt the cheese and heat the bacon. My husband doesn't like his bread toasted, and got double meat. My husband ask for vinegar on his side of the sandwich and got OIL! What a nasty sandwich. When we got the bill, we were charged extra for the cheese!!!! I have never been charged for the type of cheese on my sandwich. I never got the cheese that it shows comes with the sandwich!! We will Never ever come back to this store nor will I recommend it. The employees were very bland and didn’t seem to know what they were doing while making my sandwich. She put the correct veggies that I asked for on, but when I specifically asked for one line of sauce she put a large glob at one end. Once I get back to my job I take my sandwich out and there is 1) no napkins and 2) the sandwich isn’t even wrapped. She just wrapped the deli paper that’s used to toast the sandwich around it and placed it in the bag. I have been to several subways in the area and this one is definitely lacking in quality.
