Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Springdale

$60 dropped out of my account out of nowhere . Called them and they said that their system was messed up for weeks and not charging in real time. SO 2 MONTHS WORTH OF CHARGES CAME OUT AT THE SAME TIME! All at once. 11 charges. Sorry but that is absolutely ridiculous. THEIR ERROR NOT MINE. How could they not notice? Called the store and they didn't seem to really care. That was right in between paychecks for me and I don't make a lot of money. Not all of us are full of money and can afford to have weeks worth of charges come out all at once. Owner said he would send me coupons to make it up to me since I've spent so much money there. I'm really forgiving so was going to accept that and return and start going weekly again like I always do but I NEVER GOT THE COUPONS! Seriously? He never sent them! Never ever going to TSC again. Been going there for 10 years but will make my own from now on. Never felt so NOT...

Best smoothies around. Much better than the place across the street. SUPER fast service and the smoothies are blended really well. There are many, many add-in options and shots of wheat grass are available. The selection of sandwiches is absolutely amazing. So many choices. There's something for everyone. The Cuban is what I get and it just about the BEST sandwich I've ever eaten. Seriously. All of their flatbread and cibatta bread sandwiches are so delicious. The chicken is so tender and tasty. This is typically our go-to place after the gym. Smoothies are fantastic...BUT If i had to give one piece of advice, a little friendliness goes a long way. We're not asking you to be Chick-Fil-A level of friendly, but the folks working here typically seem like they're in a bad mood, won't say anything to you or smile, and then ask for a tip.
