Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Springdale

Very unprofessional management. Terrible service. The gentleman at the windows was a wonderful person and did everything correctly. The food was made incorrectly and when I asked what they would be able to do for me they said I had to come back and they will remake it. That's fine except I don't have time on my lunch to go to sonic twice and they refused to refund me for any amount of my order saying they will remake it later if I came back. I don't want sonic for dinner and lunch I just wanted lunch. I asked if I could come by tomorrow for compensation and was told by the store manager that she will not honor anything after today and refused to refund me anything even if I came back same day. So I either have to eat sonic twice the same day or just accept that they can give me anything out of that windows regardless of my order and I just have to accept it? This has to be the worst sonic in the area with absolutely atrocious management. I will never return...

Drive thru places should be quick and hassle free, but honestly this Sonic is the worst place to go to. I went one night around 8 and woth only 3 cars max. My husband and I ordered 2 small milkshakes and that was it. We sat watching the employees standing around talking, and after 5 min they looked over at us and gave us a dirty look and looking confused to why we were there. Another 5 minutes passed and this lady drove up right next to us. They ordered 6 drinks and in 2 min they all got them. I told the girl hello? I ordered my milkshake 10 min ago! She said oh they are probably working on it not bothered at all. We waited another 5 min and I was beyond pissed off I drove off infuriated because im sure it does not take 15 minutes to make a milkshake. Every single time I go there is an issue with the sauces. They either don’t give them, or they don’t give the correct ones. If it was a one time thing, okay, but it is every single visit to this sonic and I don’t go very often anymore because of this. The last time I actually pressed the button to correct the issue was a year ago because at that time the manager (or whoever they were) gave attitude about how the sauces weren’t free even though I very clearly paid for them on the receipt. Didn’t try again after that and this was my second visit back since then and both visits the sauces have been missing!

08-08 update Edit: I went again today to give one last chance. I was deciding against ordering anything that would come with a sauce because I didn’t want to deal with it today, but I ended up ordering a pretzel anyways. No cheese sauce came...
