Taqueria Mexico — Restaurant in Springdale

Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through and ordered our food but was having trouble communicating our drink order which I thought was because a language barrier or maybe the motor running in the car was muffling our voice at that time. So when we pull up to the drive thru wimdow we repeated our drink order and they still said they didn't have, which I know they have because I have eaten here my whole life. But I figured they couldn't understand me cause my Spanish isn't very good so I opened google translate and Google pronounced Jarritos the correct way, and still they looked at us confused. I then typed in any drink in a glass bottle, and another employ who spoke good English proceeded to tell me they had NO drinks in glass bottles. After the drive thru I went in to try and get anything to drink and sure enough they had 6 different flavors of Jarritos and an assignment of like ten different kinds of drinks in glass bottles. So as I walk to the counter to order the cashier makes eye contact with me and proceeds to walk away from the register,and totally ignore me. I like to think that it's 2024 people can't we all live and treat each other the same regardless of our culture, religious, economic status, or race ..... used to be the best place in springdale for...

I loved the food there up until Saturday night. 3/8/25 I was there for a “good time” but I experienced the worst scene ever…There were 2 waitresses (red and black clothes) very nice and friendly, they took my order and food on time. but while eating 2 more waitressed came in for the night shift I want to say…so a few moments later all we hear is one of the new waitresses that came, was calling names to one of them and was arguing and yelling to one of them…so Both ladies wearing red and black gathered their stuff and left the place crying while the other two stayed and were laughing after they were gone. I cannot assume what happened because its obvious. But the fact that those ladies were laughing after was the saddest part ….I feel like they need better management and waitresses that don’t yell to their personel. this was not the first time I visited this place but I can say that it was definitely the LAST!! It is definitely not a family restaurant and the ladies that work there need to review their service better. We need to do better as a team and have better...

Just ordered a burrito of carne asada with rice and beans only and 4 tacos. The tacos and burrito was dripping of oil. The burrito had alot of grease it was dripping so much I had to take off the aluminum foil they wrap it in and put a new one that my taco plate had on them to cover them. My hands were full of oil. So for who ever the cook is you should never sell and serve meat with that much grease in it. Feels like your eating pure grease had to throw half of my burrito that's how nasty it was felt like my mouth was all greasy. Been there before never had a bad experience like this one.. Maybe it's time to find me a new taco spot. Maybe today the cook should eat one of her greasy tacos and hope that she don't get sick. !!!! Update June 6th came back to give them another try my burrito 🌯 had big chunks of fat in it how can they serve a customer that why don't they eat that glob of fat themselves!!! Does anyone recommend a better place for burritos and tacos. I'm done with...
