If I could give less then 1 star I would. The experience my family had here was awful. My dad was staying here a few nights when he had a heart attack and was taken to the hospital. The following day my Husband and I went back to the Inn with my dads room key and explained to the worker what happened and we were just there to get my dads stuff. He had us try the key and when it didn't work he said there was nothing he could do he couldn't make a new key. After my dad was released from the hospital him and my sister went there to get him a room to stay in. The worker gave him a quote for the night and then my dad said something about him having stayed there before and having a heart attack asking about his stuff. The worker then proceeded to freak out and say "to many people" "no room for you". Which angered my sister and she asked about my dads belongings we never got the worker said "no room" and walked off. I lost my dad a few days after this altercation and now will not get to have several of his belongings. They tend to "group" these folks together to the south and I've never had a single problem or felt the least bit unsafe while staying there. Tons of traditional and fast food restaurants within a few blocks. Some of the highest rated restaurants in NW Arkansas are within walking distance. I...
