I have ordered from this location 10+ times and always tip 20% or more as a full disclosure. Business as usual, I ordered using my profile on Friday night. I get a text that the driver was in my neighborhood. I’m on the road constantly so I call my girls and make them aware the pizza will be there at any moment. After 10-15 minutes I receive a call from a stranger making me aware that my order must have been dropped at the wrong location. She was able to reach me because my information is on the receipt. She also states the obvious that it is clearly the wrong address. I call dominos to make them aware. The first female never apologizes but quickly tells me that because no apartment was listed nothing can be done. First off, this is a townhome so no apartment number exist. Second of all the address is clearly wrong and not delivered to what is on my profile. Again I have ordered form here 10+ times and no issue. This is where I get frustrated and take the time to write this long review. She makes me describe my car in my driveway, the color of my door, plants outside…etc. she states she will call the driver and figure out what happened. 15 minutes later I get a call from the “manager”. Who claims the driver delivered to the right address because the details I provided matched? Scumbags lied because of a mistake they made. Instead of just holding themselves accountable they make up this story. So I’m petty and google earth address they dropped it off at. They don’t even have a driveway, or any of the details match obviously. I’m out of town so now I have to choose somewhere else to order food for my family and I’m out $40. April and Damien are awesome! They were both willing to listen to and address my disappointment regarding a Promo concern I experienced on yesterday 8/23/2020
They were both attentive, friendly, and professional.
They honored my promotion code which expired on 8/23/2020 whereas store manager Mark Douglas would not on the date of expiration. He was adamant, and insisted I contact Domino's corporate office to rectify the issue, and that there was a glitch in the system. The promo code would not allow me to check out online without meeting the store's $15 minimum delivery fee. After being spoken to in a unprofessional manner over the phone by team member Angela or(Angie) I decided to drive to this location as it's less than 5 miles from my home. At the store the same conversation and attitude took place in person. Basically "No I will not honor your "FREE" medium 2 topping pizza." Never once apologizing for the inconvenience nor offering to accept the promo with me being a regular and repeat customer. I expressed to him my disappointment and that I would take my business elsewhere. He nonchalantly bid me a farewell as I walked out of the store.
The very next day ( which is today) I stopped by this location again to perhaps address this with another manager. I had the pleasure to speak with April and Damien who were both apologetic and sincere in making the situation right. Due to their customer concern and overall care I have decided to remain a loyal customer at this location.

Read moreArrived for pick up on time. Stood there 12 minutes, delivery drivers going in and out. I was full view to the young female employee using bare hands to top pizzas. I finally sounded back and ask if anyone was waiting on counter. No response. Employee entered front. Asked if I was ordering. I told him I ordered online. Employee was male, long hair, long facial hair. I told him I had waited nearly 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. He went back to actually ask if I had really waited that long, as though I was lying. Older female employee stated she did not know. He came out to me and made a series of excuses about being short on staffed, etc. Short staffed is not your customer's problem. I told him that was the wrong answer. They came around to hand me pizza. I had to explain I had online ordered a salad too. They seemed confused. They finally found the salad. Last order was same, but pizza was burned to a crisp and salad had no dressing when two were ordered. I have feedback then also, no response back. Your ads are a lie. So, to summarize, counter service unavailable at peak delivery times, employess with good not wearing gloves, hats, and hair/beard nets. Poor quality food and complaints not addresses.
