All around experience is easily the lowest of any restaurant Iāve been to in the past few yearsā¦
That being said, our server was great. She was very attentive and kind, and she performed the job to the absolute best of her abilities given the circumstances.
About those circumstances⦠my girlfriend and I were seated in the middle of a 60th birthday party. That isnāt an exaggeration or hyperbole; there were maybe 4 or 5 young children jumping and running around the room, stomping, screaming, crying, and coming up to our table harassing us throughout the meal. āYou could have asked to moveā says a professional gentleman, presumably the manager on shift. My question is why should I EVER be put in a situation where I have to ask to be moved? We were seated and the host basically RAN from the table after seating us. It was clear that the (wonderful) server understood our frustration and did her best to accommodate the otherwise terrible experience. But again, why would an establishment ever put customers in a situation like that? Itās incredibly unprofessional to allow patrons to be put into an environment that resembles a daycare without first asking if thatās acceptable. If I was told before being seated, āOur only open table is in a section where you will be harassed by children, completely unable to drown out the yelling, crying, and screaming from people of all ages,ā I would have asked to wait as long as it takes to avoid said situation. But I was given no choice in the matter. I shouldnāt be forced to inconvenience our server who was swamped with other tables by asking her to move all of our food and drinks DOWN STAIRS to another table halfway through our meal. To put customers in a situation like that is despicable on its own, but to force a server to work in conditions like that, giving absolutely no regard for their other tablesā experience is absolutely asinine. I do not remember her name, but thank you to our server, and shame on whoever allows that garbage to happen. If you are okay with rolling dice for your experience, Iām sure the downstairs is fine. If overall customer experience is important to you, skip out on this place. We will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNeed a casual party place on a weeknight? A place with great, personal service and enthusiasm for your event? Uncle Titoās did a fantastic job hosting a special event when we celebrated my sonās Kids Baking Championship debut in August! They have an upstairs party room that you might not notice if youāre there during the week. I was thinking it would be a great place for weeknight after work party for the holidays, a girlsā margarita night out, or even a watch party that happens during the week, just like we did. When we went for dinner after a long day at work the other night, I asked if the room gets used often. Our server says it is booked most weekends, but during the week it is mostly available. They offer a huge fajita bar with beef and chicken and steak and all of the toppings, bring water and soft drinks to your tables and keep your glasses full. When we had our party, we did a cash bar option and our guests could either go to the bar themselves or order at the table, which was really nice. Our party was full of energy, everyone cheering every time Davey was on screen, and the staff told us they havenāt had a more energized or inquisitive group who were ānotā at the party, as the excitement built through the whole venue! For a quick bite when you donāt want to cook, Uncle Titoās is also a great go-to! We...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe used to order from here a lot, but stopped when the food started getting pretty bland, we delved in again hoping things had changed based on the outstanding reviews. I got Fajita's Tejanas or Texas Fajita's, a mix of steak, chicken and shrimp. The shrimp was great, the steak would have made a wonderful boot or shoe and the chicken, well, it was strips of white stuff. Absolutely no seasoning whatsoever, it was quite a let down. Canned refried beans didn't help, the rice was flavorless as well. We also got a enchilada that had an oven accident, it was so hard it was inedible, the soft taco and tostada were equally tasteless. I really really suspect they just forgot to complete the cooking and seasoning. We tossed the chips, again, tasteless, no salt and stale. I'm so sad, this place used to be great, not sure if COVID has affected it, but it's gone too far down to try again. As a PS, we were going to try the Mogadore location, but the number listed did not ring through, said it was disconnected. So many red flags, I'm sure we're in the minority,...
