My original review was obviously flagged. I can do this over and over. It’s fresh in my mind and I’ll never forget what your location put my family through. Their staff, by their attitude assumed I was lying about how my almost died on thanksgiving waiting for our food in which we were promptly on time for our non-existing curbside. They only offer puck up too btw. First mistake. Don’t ask for the car’s color if you aren’t bringing it out. Second mistake: people parking inside in the only spots assigned for online ordering. I was there an hour so I should know. Plus I watch all the pick up orders carrying their food to their cars parked a great distance from their designated spot. Shame on people eating in for that one. My mom has COPD. We have to plan trips according to the amount of oxygen she has for the ride since her portable device requires a standard house plug and our DC outlet does not work. They told us to wait 15 minutes and it would be ready. I waited as long as I could then her oxygen ran out and I had to go inside to let them know the dire situation. The person who I spoke to looked at me like I was lying. Her oxygen level reached 52 and by a miracle she didn’t go into organ failure. I had to hurry her home and plug her into a full tank (each one only lasts an hour). Almost two hours later after our time we scheduled did we receive our order. Thank you to the person who didn’t fold the box properly on purpose I assume so the contents would later fall out into the ground….which I noticed so no, it didn’t, but I’m sure you probably hoped it did. That was my first and last time I’ll ever go to that Bob Evans location. Those people aren’t mature enough to work in that type of environment because they have ZERO customer service skills. They need to get some training done on how to treat customers better and not be so rude. If my mom would have gone into organ failure on thanksgiving day, I would have raised h*ll and someone would have a lawsuit on their hands. Believe me. Read moreThe hostess was rude while seating our group of six (five adults and one child) in a mostly empty dining room.
We were provided a dirty high chair after twice explaining to the hostess that a booster seat was inappropriate for our child under two sit in on a wooden chair. We were not given a children's menu or silverware for the child when requested either but the server was able to verbally recite the options and brought utensils.
The fact that our server was lovely and hard-working while trying very hard to accommodate our needs is the only reason I have given the service three stars instead of one.
The kitchen sent my less than two year old son a meal with colder than room temperature chicken sausage and potatoes that were over cooked on one side while still not warm on the other, one person at our table received macaroni and cheese that very cold (colder than room temperature), another person ordered sauteed steak tips with lemon chicken and the steak appeared to be boiled and the chicken was just a salted piece of chicken breast with no lemon at all . Pictures will be attached showing the advertised meal vs what was served but can not do justice to the poor quality of the attempt.
While we were eating we were provided with a show as a different server and one of the kitchen staff were making out in the far right doorway to the kitchen.
As we were leaving and attempting to pay our bill the manager who was operating the register ripped the credit card out of the machine aggressively without warning then was rude about it being inserted incorrectly.

Read moreWe needed to grab a quick bite and despite several other bad experiences at at restaurant, we decided to give it a try.
The restaurant only had a few cars in the parking lot. We walked in (nobody was in front of us), but we had to wait. A staff member wasn't "available" to seat us. When the girl came over to seat us, she was pleasant, so all was fine.
Our "server" took our order, but that's it. I watched her standing around, basically complaining. When she finally returned, it was to return the check. She said that she was "so busy with another table". I heard her give this excuse to another table, about why there was something wrong with their food.
The odd part: There was a server literally running around the restaurant. She brought us our food and refills. I think she was serving every table. The manager was even acting as her assistant at one point. I have no clue why she was doing everything, when our server was just standing around, neglecting her own tables. The only problem that we experienced was that the server running around was cursing as she walked past our table, where our small child was eating.
The food: You know what you're getting when you eat here. Some food is microwaved and then thrown on a skillet for color. It's definitely not the place to go for fresh ingredients. With that said, my husband got the pot roast and it looked bizarre. Everything was separated on the plate, instead of mixed in. We purchased a pack of cookies to bring home and they were burnt and hard.
It's like this restaurant is cursed. No matter who manages it, they can never get quality...
