Manager who makes the pizzas on Sunday nights very rude and unprofessional. Ordered a pizza online, called while it was still in the oven asking for it to be left a bit longer so it can be well done, was told yep no problem. I arrived when the pizza was supposed to be ready originally (so it should have still been in the oven) and it was already packaged up, so it hadn’t been left longer to be well done. Thankfully i took the safety sticker off to check the bottom, totally pale, no char at all, even a little toast. I asked for it to be thrown back in and the pizzamaker-sunday night manager immediately said he “already did” and was giving a bunch of excuses why he couldn't put the pizza back in for a few more minutes. At this point honestly I was embarrassed and frustrated (there were other customers there) so I said “Fine I’ll put it in the oven at home I guess” which he was MORE than happy to agree to and practically shoved the pizza back to me. Another employee told me to “ignore him” during that exchange (showing this is something usual from this manager) and when I was given my garlic bread (which was almost forgotten by them) the girl checking out mouthed “sorry about that”. I said, definitely loudly enough so the rude manager could hear, that it was my first time there and I absolutely wouldn’t be back. I get that the customer isn't always right, but when you're a paying customer who actually tips on takeout (i preordered/prepaid incl tip) I think it’s understandable to get something the way you’re paying for it. I dunno. Anyway, Siano’s is better. Hell, Big Y is better.

Read moreThis was our first time eating at Bruno’s but we recently attended a kids bday and my son has been raving about the pizza ever since. So we ordered quite a few things to try. Loved the online ordering system. Super easy and convenient. The people, my husband said were great and just as described in the reviews. The food turned out to be great. The only loss of star is for quality control as there was a red twisty tie embedded in my husbands chicken parm. This won’t prevent us from coming back however it was a little concerning. It was red so it blends in with the sauce and almost looked like a piece of tomato at first until you poke with fork and realize it was stiff. We will give another shot based on the other redeeming...
Read morePrices went up again… We used to order from here a couple times a week now We just order once every couple months, If that… I didn’t know the prices went up and they ordered a large order of mozzarella sticks, I paid $16 And it took them them literally two minutes to make, I used to pay that for two grinders or I’m eating pizza… Crazy thing is they used to be five dollars, Or free if you spent a certain amount Before. A small pizza is the price of a large and if you get any toppings, forget about it. I just don’t see the logic getting more money on fewer customers that will eventually cut down too… Or being reasonable and keeping all...
