I went to this one bc one closest to me didn't have sourdough bread. I order the deal from online (buy one of their new chicken 🐔 sandwiches get whopper 🍔 free) I did it on my app and my husband's bc he wanted 2 sandwiches 😘 so I ordered mine with extra ok lettuce 🥬 EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA onion🧅 and no tomato 🍅 . I get food take home, OH LOW AND BEHOLD mine are wrong. So I drove ALL way back to get it changed. He said he would fix it "but like they have been doing since start of covid-19 and not taking or touching the messed up order" first I tried to give anyways bc A: I'm not going to eat it B: I always still try to give messed up back so can see they did mess up The first guy wouldn't, I said "Well my dog 🐶 will be happy" Then the (manager??) Comes to window and says give him the bag he wants to check 😶🤔🤨 so I gave to him and he checks, see's they did INDEED messed up. Goes to re-make it. I think he was one made it and didn't want to hear HE messed up. I get order and pull up and over to park and check AND IT WAS STILL WRONG!!!!!😔🙄🤬🤬 They were closed when order after my second mess up. Still try to call bc they have to clean up before leaving, but would NOT answer. I went home infuriated. I didn't eat I just gave to my dog. I normally don't have a big issue with them. I want to know that managers name and bring this to light. I mean they said would replace the next day...
Read moreHilariously awful. Not all BKs are this bad, surely. I have a very short lunch break, but only work a few blocks away, and there's a Burger King & a McDonald's next door to each other here. I usually go to Burger King because the line is always shorter. Not this time. I place my order with a rather highly disinterested person at the speaker & waited for 15 minutes in the same spot in line, burning fuel as well as most of my half-hour lunch break, without moving an inch. Fifteen minutes?!? Really?? The guy in front of me gives up and pulls out of line and leaves. I pull up in his place, and can now see the intrepid millennial at the drive thru window having some sort of conversation with the person in the lead car in line. Clearly I'm not going to get any food before my lunch break runs out, so I see that by some miracle McDonald's next door has no waiting in their drive-thru. I figure the guy that was in front of me had the right idea, so I gave up & left as well. BK clearly didn't care whether anyone got their order or not. Folks, this is a GREAT example of why you shouldn't pay for your order in advance with a mobile app. Had I done that, I'd have just been kept waiting indefinitely until forced to leave my food behind to get back to work on time, hungry and my payment just gone, while the dullards inside the restaurant carried on with their all important...
Read moreThe only reason 1 star was earned is the cashier who was working had a good attitude. When you go into a fast food place you expect if they are going to have issues with food or money they have it posted as most places do. I had my 3year old grandson with me & we waited in line for only couple minutes which was good only 1person in front of us. So our order was totaled at $32.05 & I handed the cashier a $100 bill so he looked In his drawer realized he didn't have enough change he asked a coworker how to verify the bill still no worries after 3minutes of verifying they decided it's good & start to count back change, they asked if I minded $5 Bill's no problem & the shift Manager Christan decides they cant do that takes the bill from their hands and Rudely says "They need to find another way to pay". Then looks at us & rudely says we cant take this while yanking the bill from her employees instead of doing normal drop a bill and get change to keep the business. I forgot to mention I called before I drove there to make sure it would not be an issue because I knew I only had $100 dollar bills with me..Stay away from BK on Glenstone in the evening especially if the manager is trying to leave at 8:27pm... BK on National complete opposite they are courteous and they even brought my grandson his food out to the table while the rest was being made...Great Job...
