7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Springfield

This 7 brews wait time is awful. The employees are friendly but they chat to long with the customers causing there wait time to increase. I've seen them talk to customers long after they had their drink or while their drink is just sitting there. I also have an issue with the way they make their drinks. The majority of the time when I get my coffee there is coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. I don't have this issue with other 7brews. It's a lot of coffee grounds! I have pictures to prove it as well!

Update. 1/20/2025. Had the same issue today. After 15 minutes, no one had taken my order and the cars had not moves in my lane due to the employee standing and talking not paying attention to when drinks were done. I left without ordering. My daughter ended up getting me a drink later and the drink had a ring of coffee grounds in the bottom of the cup. This is the only 7brew I have had issues with. I've visited many 7brew including out of state and have never seen this but this store it's the norm. Update: 7-4. This 7 brew needs to be shut down or ran by an adult. These kids made drinks for at least 6 cars 2 of which had 4 drinks a piece. However, the 2 cars in thr front weren't being served which was holding up the entire line. When I ask I was told that blended drinks take longer and the drinks they were passing out were easy to throw together. So, it's faster to make 10 drinks then to make 1 blended drink? This one is ran by a bunch of kids with no concept of productivity, or organization. Can we please get an adult in there to monitor whats going on? This is ridiculous. Over 20 minutes that these people were waiting while the rest of us had our drinks just...

I came on 4-21-24 at 3:30 pm, and it took MORE than 30 minutes to get 2 drinks....The first drink was supposed to be a black SWEET tea, and the second was a blended blondie. Both drinks were incorrect despite how long we waited for them. We had to drive back around to wait another 15 minutes with only 6 cars there to tell them we did not get what we ordered. The taste of the blended blondie they gave me is something I've never tasted before. I can't even describe how bad it was. I asked them if I could substitute my drink for another, and she promoted me to pay AGAIN. One of the girls went to go talk to someone, and she approves of me getting an energy instead. It was .76cent difference....The girl that handed me the energy before handing it to me she asked, "What was your original drink your order?" I told her that I ordered a blended blondie, and her response was "........Okaaay....". It was so rude and unprofessional. The wait time, the order not being correct and having to come back again....I don't know if these people are new but anytime I had my drink messed up in the past it was always fixed with positive conversations and understanding from the employees. I got the complete opposite of that when it came to this situation today. I have never had an order from here so incorrect and I have never had it resolved with such attitude. It's absolutely horrible. The energy drink I got for a substitute for the blondie had so much ice it in I couldn't even put the straw...

Had 7 Brew for the first time in Springfield. Normally I get it in St.Louis and have enjoyed it. When I ordered at this location I wasn’t asked if I had a phone number with them. Which was fine I let them know I did. Then I asked for military and they said they do not do military unless you’re in uniform. I have always received my military discount even if I wasn’t in uniform in St.louis. I was told it was maybe a franchise owner thing. I said that’s fine. Server was still nice and thanked me for my service and said they were sorry. When I drove up to get my coffee they gave me a large instead of the medium I asked for. I asked for a 16 ounce and I was told they have new people so when I said 16 they maybe thought it was a large or something. She said I already paid for a large so I just took it. I can’t handle too much caffeine and I count my calories so it was hard for me to accept but I don’t like to cause issues and I had to hurry for my daughter’s game. Coffee was really sweet compared to the location in St.Louis where I can actually taste the coffee but could be due to size. Just going to stick to the St.Louis location. And it’s fine just need to train...
