Burrito Amigos — Restaurant in Springfield

After finding a plastic candy wrapper in my nachos last week, I asked to not have plastic in my nachos with today's order. The cashier immediately got a manager and told him in front of me that I wanted free food. I stated, that I was not looking for free food and wanted to order, but wanted to make sure there was no plastic wrappers in my food this time. The manager argued that it wasn't possible for the tortilla chips come in a paper bag. I told him, regardless, there was plastic in my cooked food the last time I ate here and I just wanted to make sure there was none in it this time. He continued to argue that it wasn't possible to have plastic in my nachos. As starving as I was, I walked out without ordering my food. Unfortunately, especially with most the food establishments in Springfield/Thurston already sucking) I doubt I will be ever be motivated to go back and I eat here weekly. The only bad thing that comes to mind is not really their fault but I just cant help but wonder what the hell taco bell is doing across the street. High quality food ,ingredients and the fact you can tell that the people who made it gave a crap about what they were doing certainly makes up for the couple of minutes between when you order and when you get to stuff it into your fat face. The decor and atmosphere in gernal is very very nice full of plants and pictures hanged up on the walls that make for good small talk "ooh who is that guy?" or "ooh whats the story behind that?" oh and the music is pretty nice as well. I hate to leave bad reviews, but tonight was a joke! I waited in a long line (which honestly, I expected this) and placed my order with a male, only for the cashier to "lose" my order. He then insinuated that I never placed order in the drive thru, even though he was literally the only male in the building and was WEARING the headset. After placing my order at the window, I was then parked. After about 10 minutes, my food comes out, and I leave. After getting home, I realize I was given 3 sauces for my 4 burritos.
