This has got to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I do not hold the employees accountable for this. They are just humans and humans are not perfect. The system in place is junk. Fast food restaurants used to be a fun place to grab a meal for the family. Ex. Taco Bell used to have the machines that collected nickles and if your nickle landed somewhere specific you could get a free cinnamon twist. Ptll. That ship sailed. Originally planned on drive thru, waited 5-6 minutes in line before my baby spoke up about needing to pee. Decided to back out and park. Thought maybe running in might be faster. WRONG!
I went to grab 7 items tonight. 2 crunchy tacos, 2 bean burritos, a cheese quesadilla, a steak quesadilla, and a large drink. Quite the feast for myself and my 3 children. I had my 2 yr old daughter with me. She gets H-A-N-G-R-Y. We ordered our food at the highly impersonal "kiosk". Not user friendly what so ever. Paid $19.93 or something close to that. Even rounded up to $20 for charity. Food ordered at 6:01 pm. 6:28 pm rolls by and my 2 yr old is getting mean. I wait in line another 5 minutes just to get an employee to hand me our drink cup at the least. We wait patiently for another 5 minutes or so and finally get our order. I get home (about 15 blocks) away just to find out that we were shorted: 1 bean burrito (the one I ordered with no onions or red sauce), and 1 of our quesadillas was missing the steak (thus we were given 2 cheese quesadillas though I paid for 1 cheese and 1 steak).
Taco Bell, I'm an accountant. I spent 9 hours crunching numbers today, so I don't really feel like doing the math here, but I think I got ripped off. I'm kind of disappointed.
Other noteworthy observations: Your lobby was a mess (tables uncleaned and trash on floor), women's restroom was the same. Lobby was a little small for the number of guests piling in (must be those annoying self kiosk machines taking up half the lobby floor) and 2-3 peoples jobs). š OH yeah.. our quesadillas didn't even get cut! I couldn't believe my eyes. I actually had to hunt down a pizza slicer in my mess of a kitchen. Oh and a handful of employees didn't seem to be very friendly towards each other and all seemed confused on what their job was. š¤
The food tastes about the same as it did 15 - 20 years ago. All the same, I won't be returning. Just saying. Take care Taco Bell. May you get your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst general manager (Emily) ever!!! My husband and I ordered thru Grubhub, our first mistake. When we received it we were missing several items and then we ordered 2 bean burritos with extra onion. I have been ordering bean burritos with extra red sauce and extra onion for nearly 20 years and I have never gotten anything that looked like this. I posted pictures because it looked like they took the container of onions and just poured them out on both my burritos. I called and I spoke to Scott the manager who was extremely helpful and nice and offered to remake the food for us and put in the food that was missing. Well Iāve been stuck in bed with a shattered ankle and it snowed the next day so I wasnāt able to make it for a few days. When I went in I got stuck with Emily. From the start she was rude saying she would call Scott herself ok fine. Then after a few minutes go by she comes back with a bag and says just so you understand when you order extra onion it always looks like that so if you donāt want that much onion donāt ask for extra. Then proceeded to be snappy when I asked if we could order more food saying if we couldnāt tell the lobby is closed and we can go thru the drive through. She wouldnāt listen to anything we said and was so unprofessional and rude. When we said that she was being rude she turned around and pulled her mask down and yelled at her workers that apparently now giving people free food was unprofessional and rude. I paid for everything I received and wasnāt asking for anything for free I was just trying to get what I paid for in the beginning. I have never been treated so poorly by someone whoās job is customer service. Nothing she did made the situation better. She tried to make us feel like we were in the wrong for just trying to get what we paid...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: chanced again after half a year away and itās worse! Still canāt get the sauce I ordered with my food, closed lobby meant 20+ minute wait to get an order I put in way in advance. Understaffed. Literally out of lettuce. I cannot think of an individual fast food restaurant location that is a bigger joke to me. My coworkers and some of our customers seem to all know this well and be on the same page. Itās like an understood thing that this Taco Bell is the worst. Going to Mohawk or not at all in the future.
I gotta stop going here on my work lunch. Regardless as to what excuses are made, the slowness of this Taco Bell is a responsibility of the company and thatās shown today in particular.
The drivethru is down and one of their machines inside (because god forbid you pay a human to take orders) wasnāt taking card, so I wasted my time putting my order in once, stooped over (Iām 5ā6ā yet the touch screen keyboard was notably low for me), only to have to say it all again awkwardly to an employee. Other times Iāve had issues with waiting 15+ minutes with few cars in front of me (mostly unoccupied parking lot) and a couple times were they even forgot to ask me if I wanted hot sauce, just putting nothing in the bag instead.
It seems the time for food to be ready has decreased but only to be exchanged with technical failures throughout the business.
A T-Bell corporate! Get it together!
Edit: Itās also the employees not trying thatās bringing this place down. And by not trying I mean Iāve gotten hot sauce about half the time and even asked for it this time only to get none⦠I can barely justify going here when Iām craving T-Bell at this point as Iām consistently getting a horrible experience. Dropped my review a star. Why would I buy their food when they canāt even properly provide...
