Your team members were absolutely amazing. They did nothing wrong to prompt this correspondence. My criticisms in this communication are headed directly to your greedy corporate morons that have leveraged themselves back out of my wallet.
Every-Single-Day I buy my coffee from Dari Mart here in Eugene. They offer incredible breakfast options AND have the friendliest team members in the game. However, this morning, while I was leaving the gym, I offered the dudes at the front desk that I would be happy to pick them up whatever they want from Dutch Bros since you guys are in the same parking lot. Now at Deri Mart I normally spend $1.75 for a large 20oz black coffee and SOMEtimes I put a little hot chocolate into it, because it’s the same price as the drip coffee, and my beverage, is again $1.75. But since I had offered to buy the boys at the front desk, coffee, I figured I would splurge for myself and get one from you. One of the guys ordered a large 911, The other guy ordered two shots of espresso, and I ordered a large coffee a while at the counter drive up. I asked the gal running the register if I could get half hot chocolate, since that is the same price as the coffee. She said no problem and then she changed my beverage order to a Medium Mocha for $4.85.
Now again, I’m not in the slightest, upset with your team member. They did as YOU instructed them to do, and they did it with a kind smile AND conversation while the 3 beverages were being prepared.

Absolutely will not be back to this location. I ordered a coffee with lite ice. I order lite because I do not want to pay $7 for ice. They fill the cup up with ice and give you two drinks of coffee. I watched them fill my cup with ice and pour the littlest amount of coffee in the cup. I refused the drink and politely said "I'm sorry, I ordered lite ice." She said "oh sorry about that". Instead of remaking it, they took it back and dumped the little bit of coffee into another cup, took out a little amount of ice, then poured the coffee back in and added more milk. I'm at a coffee shop for coffee...not milk and ice. She handed it back to me and said "there you go!". Like I didn't just see them do all of that. You-all don't even care. I very much felt like you all just pushed me along and basically told me not to complain. That's fine if you all have that attitude. I'm not forced to get coffee from you all. There is competition...
Read moreI understand being busy. But I just waited 35 minutes to get 2 drinks. The first round of waiting resulted in the 2 cars in front of me getting free drinks, I was there just as long and didnt get my drinks free. Then, they gave me the wrong drinks so I had to go back. The employee grabbed one of the wrong drinks, I asked if I could please just have it instead of it going in the garbage. Then I waited and waited and waited for my drink, watched 5 cars get their drinks while I was still waiting. I asked if they forgot about me, they said no we are just busy. Obviously, but I had been there twice as long as everyone else at that point! No offer of free drinks like everyone else, no small talk, nothing. Guess you need to have a brand new car to get the good customer service and free drinks! It really sucks because Dutch Bros is always a treat for us, something my family cant usually afford. P.S.
